It's an easy recipe BUT two things. Baking in the micro doesn't brown the cake like in an oven. Second pouring milk to keep it moist . The cake will surely turn soft after a few hours. Why not use a little more oil instead. With enough oil the cake remains soft and need not be kept in the fridge. I have been baking for over 50 years and never needed to add milk to keep acake soft.

@@crazyytabervelogpro2705 Yes. It works well. There are several nice recipes on TH-cam. Just type in sponge cake. If need milk at mixing stage you need to add just about 2-3 tablespoons.
