But you didn't even wash the frost off so we could see how good of a job it did at making clear ice.

    It does not work
It is supposed to be clear. It is foggy like the cheap ice maker I already have

Dude it's a clear ice mold. The entire point of the rectangular box is to follow the ice cooler box method of making clear ice. Also your entire process is completely wrong. You're supposed to fill up the box first to an indicated line then put the mold in. Then freeze it. After freezing you're supposed to let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes so you can remove said ice without breaking the mold.

@@IsitWorthit1 the link you shared to me makes frozen ice following the shape of the molds crafted. This product creates crystal clear ice where the ice freezes following the top down approach, without any of the impurities found in normal frozen ice. This is what give its crystal clear look.

You can still use a regular ice mold to make clear ice, but you need an ice cooler box. That is a must.

Also it says not to leave longer than 30hrs in freezer. You left it for two days.

@@HappySlayer81 yeah I missed that part. You're supposed to keep it in the freezer maximum 24 hours. Otherwise, it becomes frozen, cloudy ice. You can still keep it frozen just need to put it in a separate bag after the balls are molded.
