But when your sis shows up and you two do this sibling banter thing it is just so fresh and real that the fun you two are having is infectious, and that is your own unique thing. Interesting results. Spirit is basically twice the price of 101 where I live and much harder to find. I’ve tasted 101 at a friend’s house and was not impressed enough to want to buy a bottle. I just finished a bottle of Spirit and liked it a lot. I’ll definitely buy another bottle if I can find it!
Drinking these individually and knowing what I was drinking yield different results. I didn't like these as much knowing what I was drinking as opposed to drinking them in a blind head to head.
I picked up a Russel's Reserve single barrel store pick recently and I have really been enjoying it. I would say that it blows both of these away in the flavor department, but I won't know for sure until I do my Wild Turkey Flight fight.

I will have to reblind them , which is a fun thing to do since things change sometimes. But when I blinded these two the Kentucky Spirit won easily. The KS age just came through and was so much better rounded and enjoyable.
I have a store pick of KS that I have in my bottle battle sample pool that is going up against the bottle I did in this blind. It will be interesting to see how that goes. They are 4 year apart in bottling age.
I've done a few blinds with WT101 and KS and it goes back forth. I will say KS store picks, especially ones done by trusted sources, always score better for me than WT101. Great blind and dynamic as always.

To be honest I was shocked how much liked both of these today. That is not always the case. I have a few more samples of WT in my bottle battle pool. So it will be interesting to see how it all works out when those samples show up.
Always enjoy when Sis comes on the show. Have you tried comparing WT 101 and WT 101 Twelve Year? I have been able to secure 2 bottles of the WT 101 Twelve Year. Unbelievable good. 🥃
I have never seen a WT 12 year in my area. Every time my sister and I do a video together it's so much fun. Unfortunately, we have such different schedules that it makes it hard for her to do more with me. I have a 5 bottle flight of finished bourbons coming up and I want her to be a part of that one for use. Lets see if we can make it happen.

Having a glass of Green Spot for my Friday night drink. May have some WT 101 after watching this. It's something that I always have on hand.

The only Wild Turkey product I enjoy drinking on a regular basis is the Russell's Reserve Single Barrel.

I haven’t tried Kentucky Spirit but WT101, RR10, Rare Breed are all regulars in my cabinet.
In some form or another I have bottle battles for all those in my sample pool.

I'll be blasphemous, I do not like WT 101. Kentucky Spirit is ok, but lack wow factor.
