Mine dis the same thing I sent it back to Robosen for repair. It cost $150 to repair.without a warranty. If u own any of these robots be prepared to ship them off for repairs once in awhile.

Hey all, has anyone had problems with Megatron getting stuck? My Megatron fell forward once and the right arm got stuck. It won’t unstick after reboot. The joint is solid stuck and I can’t manually move it - it’s solid as if it was turned on. If I do try to force it, it clicks. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it broken after one fall onto carpet???😱

The thing I can't stand is that it faces you, but when they transform, they face the other way. That just ruins everything for me.
