Not to be offensive but there is no chance I would pay 82k for that and that is just from the outside. I almost think we are being taken for fools when it comes to property prices. I'm sure somebody will pay it but I'm certain in time they will come to regret paying that price!
Seeing that switch and socket in the bathroom (at 3.35) is so OBVIOUSLY installed crooked, that would make me run away from the property. If the workmen can't manage to handle such an easy task, what 'hidden' problems will the house have also? It's the hidden things you have to worry about, what's in plain sight usually gets fixed cosmetically before a sale. And explaining it with "it's an honest house" because they didn't fix these flaws is no excuse either. Mistakes like this should NOT be made and are alarming. I'm sorry, I'm usually very positive about the houses you show, and I love your presentation, but I'm thinking about potential buyers, who should take these things in consideration, and mention them to the property agents.
These houses used to go for the mid-fifties last year, or earlier this year for that matter - for those prices there is room to forgive, but in the low 80s (a 25 to 30K increase) a buyer has a right to expect higher standards.
@@annyjayableful exactly, I would be forgiving too if the price reflected it, but not long ago you bought very nice, completely renovated properties in Camposol for the same money or even less. Even now, there's a lot of better deals to be made, in Camposol and elsewhere.
@annyjayableful just to say the agent value the villas but it is not necessarily the price you see advertised as clients can ask for what they wish hence prices go up as people will pay what is asked

@@CostaCalidaExpats Fair enough, but last month, as part of my Camposol inspection trip, I toured a Clasico which had just sold for 69K. It was in great shape and a good deal. My opinion.
