That slot thing is ridiculous! I figured I had found one additional backslot when I tried putting the massive sword there because it felt right, finding out I actually have two shoulder slots as well as doubling all of that is a game changer
The giant sword that you get from the first mini boss in the game is really OP and you take out any mini boss or person very easily It easily cuts people in half and it’s especially useful with the rot and if they have armor and a shield it breaks it easily and knocks them back a bunch of
I dropped it in my first play through because I hadn't realized you can put it on your back and got sick of the hilt in my view when it's in a hip holster.
You can also use the extra strength ability during climbing to stop stamina drain and make you jump way higher/further. And also the bow is pretty broken, you can use it to hit the legs of any human and it will make the a one tap eventually, but if you have explosive arrows you can just hit center.mass making all mini bosses really easy
OMG, thank you. The parrying I had already figured out, but I was super annoyed that I couldn't store more weapons. That tip alone earned you my subscription. Now I have to peruse through your back catalogue to see what 've been missing. edit.. I was going to ask if you had any tips on the grappling and the first vid I came upon was exactly what i was looking for and helped tremendously. I was trying to follow past the top of the rope bars but I was hitting A to disconnect.. trigger works much better. Thanks again.
Currently what I'm seeing as a huge issue is enemy attacks sometimes just... Don't get blocked. It makes me feel weaker and less confident in the game's ability to be fair
That's a huge tip. The 2nd loadout. I like to think reverse grip is useful; but...What do you think? I've had situations where a reverse grip dagger should've slashed or stabbed an inner our outer thigh and... It would've worked on S&S;
Super helpful about the parrying. I specifically was looking for a way to make it easier. What can I do to successfully parry? Not block but actually stagger my opponent?
I thought I parried one, but I was too busy talking really, the dual wield is good for parry and block. I know that SDI is working to improve the parry mechanics as well :::)
Good Tips. In real life i was training Krabi Krabong. An ancient fighting style ftom Thailand with two machetes (or light swords). It's some kind of useful in the game. Here is a playlist, perhaps it can inspire you for the game, cause i like to play with dual weapons , too. Game is quite disappointing tbh... graphics (even on PCVR) is quite mediocre.. mechanics are meh, combat is extremely meh, the hook and rope mechanics are a little fun, but other than that.. this game disappoints hard. It's not that it's bad, it's just not what I personally hoped for, I was hoping that this would show something more.. show what VR could actually potentially be used for and now that it's released, the hype is gone and the game is just very generic.
Really 😂 I’m playing on steam. Ivr played 4 hours no bugs or glitches. The game looks incredible and the performance is solid. The combat can be difficult at times with parrying. But I’m having a great time.
@@Quest4Horror I didn't haVe any bugs or glitches either, that's without the point. Combat is very mediocre, it's not hard at all, it's just... meh. As said, it's not a bad game.. I just really expected more than yet another generic VR game.
@@Quest4Horror You are comparing apples and oranges.. the combat is very generic, as it's no better than any other VR game out there.. Legendary Tales, Blades & Sorcery, Undead Citadel, Battle Talent & so many more... all basically have the same poorly made combat system, some a little better, some a little worse. Behemoth doesn't add anything new or make anything better in the vast amount of poorly made VR games there is. Asgards Warth 2 however, made something that felt fresh, new, responsive and so forth, in regards to combat. Behemoth is very much meh/mid for someone who has tried basically all similar VR games.
I can't kill the bat boss even with a stick, firstly because I have an absurd fear of heights and staying on top of that damn thing flying is torture for me! Another, the game is buggy, because when I get to the last stage to kill this bastard, I can't hold on to the walls, because the character simply won't hold on and I end up losing strength and falling. They need to fix this and that, why the hell invent a boss that flies??!! I'm stuck in this misfortune and I can't get through.
I also usually have an extreme fear of heights. In fact, I've lost a lot of my fear of heights by playing with VR. Maybe it would be beneficial if you simply took a break when you were feeling anxious. you look around your room to make sure you're in a safe environment and then don't move on until your head clears that you're home again. Sometimes it's enough to just take a break from the game. just look at the area, avoid fights and calm your head
@@LightPresident95148 I managed to kill the boss, but the truth is that I suffered a lot!!! due to the fear of heights hahahaha, thanks for the tips friend and have a happy 2025!

I know right? As soon as I found out about it I had to make a video!
Tip: Longer weapons and axes do additional damage when you swing them with 2 hands. Short swords and daggers don’t seem to have that benefit.

Nice! Did not know about other inventory slots thanks sub!
Unfortunately it tells you about it after the first behemoth and only if you go close to a wall so the tutorial activates

Thanks for the great tips yea I was doing horrible at parrying because I didn’t put my sword low enough but ye about tips are very helpful👍

The game is fun but Im getting my a** kicked. I died to the first boss four times.
Me too man, playing on hardest difficulty and my ass is getting kicked hard

wow thank u so much!!!

Appreciate the parry tips, but it looks like you didn’t parry any of those enemies at the end…. I’d love to see someone show the timing.

Still had a lot of fun on my first day. I hope you have too.

Can you make a mod menu for this game
