    Hrabrino Bulgaria (Храбрино) Walk around.
This is our first real village walk around to search for our new home in Bulgaria.
The village is 15kms from Plovdiv with a regular bus timetable.
Plenty of shops and a street market ( In the square) for fresh produce.
Has a post office and municipality building ( Council office) At the last 2011 census, the village had a population of 661 people. Apparently, this has dropped to 628 according to "Permanent Registration" completed in June 2020.
There are two rivers flowing through the village. There is a church and four chapels in the village. The Chapel of St Dimitar is situated in the highest point of the village next to the monument to the partisans of the Rhodope region. We know that there is a kindergarten for young children but were unable to find a school (There might be one but we did not see it )
We did see a well-situated restaurant right next to a small waterfall called ( we think ) The "Waterfall "

Someone may be able to confirm it does rooms also ?
    Thanks For Watching!

About Mr & Mrs B in Bulgaria:
Welcome To Mr & Mrs B in Bulgaria :)
We love travelling and discovering new places and meeting new people from all around the world. Currently travelled to 50 different Countries and Islands (Just hit the milestone). Living and working in the UK's "Hamster wheel" was proving more and more difficult to carry on doing this. Our lives were disappearing in front of our eyes. We decided to move to Bulgaria with a 2-year plan. Our plan (God willing) is to rent for 2 years whilst discovering Bulgaria and her surrounding neighbours. Once we have fully discovered Bulgaria and learnt her language, traditions, and cultures, we will buy our "Home" in an area where we feel comfortable. We would love it if you followed us on our journey and hopefully get to see some of beautiful Bulgaria and all she has to offer.
    Hope you subscribed to us!

Hrabrino is a nice village - the part of the village that you didn’t visit (on the road to Izvor) has a nice villa zone and plenty of relatively flat land that’s good for building on. The issue with the village that you picked up on is a lazy mayor (the old one was recently voted out so I have no idea about the new one) which means there’s no attempt to apply for European funding to develop the place, fix the dilapidated school where the bus dropped you off and generally keep the village clean and tidy. The advantages of Hrabrino are clean air, direct access to some beautiful mountain scenery and a climate that is less hot than Plovdiv during the summer, and usually warmer during the winter, since they’re not affected by the temperature inversions that sometimes cloak Plovdiv in fog and freezing temperatures in December, January and early February. Olives, figs and some palms thrive in Hrabrino and the surrounding Rhodopi collar.
