Why not just buy a condo? It would be so much less a month and you would own it! $2700 seems like highway robbery when you could pay under 2k a month to own and build equity. That said, if I had to rent, I'd pick #2 but $2700 is a full on house payment
it is cold 7 months of the year. It is an extremely nature-forward community- EXTREMELY SO- hell, even the republicans that support acid mining do so only under the strictest assurance that the environment will not be abjectly harmed. I mean this far into Union land north country, many of those political types rely on the ridiculously verdant bounty of the land to survive so you can usually count on them to not vote for the standard stupid shit. 18 point bucks wander into traffic up here. 22 inch Chinook literally flop into your canoe at the stream mouth. we have an actual free-for-all season of tiny fish called smelt where you just drill holes in a bucket and stick it in a river for a minute and get like 250 fish. There is sooo much art/culture stuff it rivals Chicago or Austin (the stand-up comedy scene is blowing up, the sculpture gardens and museums are plentiful and impressive, live theatre is really big, the conservatory and zoo are world-renown for their work, the music scene is an enormous and vibrant community kept secret, public schools are deeply coveted, etc.). it is extremely pedestrian-friendly all year round which accommodates its large student population. It's kind of like Atlanta, Toronto, and Osaka had a smaller mutant child that loves the dark
Its cold in the winter, has lovely lake and wooded areas..mosquitos, great fishing and hunting. Lots of things to do with family.. Just price around for apartments. There are some not as fancy for fairly good rates..
Hi! Any chance can I message you like instagram? I will be moving from Chicago to Minneapolis!! My bf is from there I’m trying to find a nice apartment. Thanks!
At least the name of the apartment would have been appreciated. This is a waste of time not knowing what apartments they are.
