There's no best or worst time. One is given 3 minutes to complete all 10 obstacles. If he is able to finish all of them in less time he can repeat the obstacles. I've seen few candidates completing 16 obstacles in given time....I was one of them but unfortunately wasn't able to crack the SSB. My advice is focus on completing the obstacles safely n calmly rather than rushing or being at risk to do more n more. All the best....
