This is how an instructional video should be. Instructive and step by step easy to follow directions. Thank you for this video and for taking your time and doing it well.
Tim. First of all thanks for the view and thanks for the positive feedback. I’m glad it was easy to follow. Hope that you’ll come back for future content. Have a great one! 👍🏻
Pink perfection for the win. It’s so cheap and even at a ph of 7 is impressive! I’ve had dark fury/rage stain things in the past so I stepped away from it. Great video!
@@FurryMLGyeah, is has petroleum distillates in it. I’ve had it stain before, I haven’t used it in a long time. No longer use pink perfection anymore either lol
Great video! I am a dark fury fan, it’s the best non-Acid wheel cleaner I have tried! It’s safe on paint so a little overspray isn’t a big problem. For an Acid based cleaner I recommend Superior Wire wheel cleaner. Also I recommend using a synthetic sealer wax on the wheel after cleaning. It will keep the wheels looking nicer longer and make them easier to clean.
Hey Rich. Thanks for the view. Your right about Dark Fury, best on the market. I have noticed that it’s clear coat safe so no worries there. I’ve used it several times to remove bugs off of hoods and grilles and it never fails to get the job done. What synthetic sealer do you like most?
Great demo vid. No unnecessary talk like a couple other detail channels (y'all know who I mean..lol)..just to the point. I think I'll try the Dark Fury.
Recently purchased a quart sized bottle of Dark Fury and tested it out on my SUV. Highly recommended product and wheel safe since its non-acid based. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching! Yes this product is amazing. It has worked very well fo me and have had luck using it on various surfaces such as bumpers, paint and even a thing or two around the house. *warning this product will stain polished aluminum. Found out the hard way. So be careful if your ever using it to clean tires around this type of wheel because you will be forced to polish them afterwards.
Wish mine cleaned that easily. Took 4 shots of dark fury and 1 of an iron remover with a brush and a pressure washer. Hit it with a ceramic coat afterwards. Did the suspension while the wheels was off also.
Thanks for the view and thanks for the suggestion. In the future I’ll do a separate video that will include the no scrub option before the actual scrubbing begins. 👍🏻
Dark Fury is one of the best chemicals for cleaning wheels and it's got the power of an acid BUT, it's a non-acid formula. It's the most powerful non-acid wheel cleaning product I have ever used personally. I have never used Pink Perfection but it's on my list of products to purchase from Superior Products. Superior Products has some of the best values in detailing and all of their products work great! The only thing bad about Dark Fury is that it stains! So be aware if you get this on your clothing, it will be very difficult to remove, even with Oxi-Clean or whatever you use in your laundry.
Thanks for the view! Greatly appreciated. I think your best bet is to contact the manufacturer because this involves international shipping. Here’s their website. superiorproducts.com
Hi. In all honesty I have not tried either one of those two products. I do recall watching one of Superior’s videos and coming to the conclusion that they are probably to harsh for my particular application. However if I ever end up using them I will upload a review. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻
@@therestomaestro3556 Thanks, am researching Superior's Wire Wheel cleaner... See a YT video called > Best Wheel Cleaner For Pro Detailer!! @@therestomaestro3556 Stock Honda rims on a CR-V I found on FB marketplace. Wondering if I should try something safer for the clear coat before risking damage. Walmart's Purple cleaner degreaser or Eagle One perhaps. Am not a detailer so need to find something cheap and local if you have any suggestions... The rims actually look worse than the ones in the video I mentioned before. (Best Wheel Cleaner For Pro Detailer!! Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing)
My advice would be either what you already have in mind, use something clear coat safe and see how it turns out. In that event I would buy rage by superior products in the spray bottle at Oreilly’s. If it doesn’t knock ir out of the park you can always use it to clean tires. Second option I would take is buy the acid based cleaner as DPC mentioned in his video but I would start with a 10:1 and being it up proper strength until I’m satisfied with the results. Starting with a high ratio will decrease the chance of the acid damaging your wheels. Keep me posted!
I personally have not. Used it on painted/clear coated wheels and it did good. I know you can dilute it. In the event your afraid it will damage your wheels you may want to do a 10:1 ratio or something. 10 parts water 1 part product. 🤷🏻♂️
Hey Derek. Thanks for the view. I appreciate your comments and will definitely take the extra steps necessary to give my viewers the best information possible. Have a great one.
Unmount??? Really? There's a new word for us. Otherwise thank you for this. Superior Products are a really cost-effective alternative to hyped up and over-priced products.

I like how dark fury is a little thicker though. Almost gellish

What do you use instead now?

Love love love SUPERIOR PRODUCTS 👍 But the better test would have been to spray on product and rinse off to see just how they perform

The real test is doing this without ANY scrubbing. Gosh!
Dark Fury may stain driveway, don't let it dry on your concrete.
Yup. Great advice. Thanks for the view!
Please pre rinse the wheel next time with a hose. It's hard to tell how much work the chemical is actually doing without that step
