After few days of operation he started taking ghee empty stomach....and soon he felt much lighter on stomach...no gas and acidity....jo usko pehle bahut hoti thee aur constipation rahta tha...bowl pass karne mein pain hota tha bleeding hoti thee....ab ghee khane se bowls kaafi smooth hai...long run mein aur better ho jayega. Actually Desi ghee lubricate the elementry canal from mounth to anus....keeps it healthy. Aap start karo ghee khana shayad operation ki naubat na aayee aapko. All thr best

Meri age 47 hai . Mai is ghee ko 29th June se consume kar rahi hu . ( only one spoon in morning empty stomach) . Mujhe knee pain itna zyada hota tha ki sidhiya chadhne aur utarne me halat kharab ho jati thi . But abhi kafi kam hai . Lagbhag khatm hai dard . Kuchh aur bhi minor health issues hain . Agar usme bhi fayda hoga to wo bhi share karungi mai . I think all people who are suffering from knee pain must try this A2 ghee 👍🏻. Really it’s very effective.

Ghee's worked for me!!! I think. I am over 50 and have migraine since school days. I have been following this channel for a while and have seen/heard Gaurav talking about Ghee and its benefits. As I do not live in India and hence could not get Rosier, so I thought why not try Amul Ghee instead (i.e. talking one spoon every morning.) So since the launch of Rosier I have been talking Amul (COW) ghee almost every morning and only 3-4 days back my daughter mentioned - "Papa aaj kal aap ka sar dard nahi ho raha hai na." I was like - Yes. I did not know the reason and now with these testimonies may be the cow ghee is working for me as well. Yes, earlier we used to use Amul Ghee (white box), but I replaced it with Amul Cow Ghee (yellow box.)
I do not like eating Ghee (except in food items) but just tried it, thanks to this channel/vlog.

@@swatisaini4906 Swati ji - I cannot tell for sure that the Ghee helped, but the timing of reduction in my migraine/headaches and taking Ghee matches. You can get a small amount of Desi Cow Ghee and try. You do not have to buy Rosier. I am not trying to sell ANY ghee. If you can make Ghee made of Cow milk at home, try that out. FYI. I take ghee almost every morning after I wake up on empty stomach. It has also helped in bowel movement. I hope you feel better.

Hello Sir, you have inspired me so much in my life and I am forever grateful.
I have ordered 2 bottles of Rosier A2 ghee and 1 black mustard oil so far for my parents and their health benefits. I insist my parents to consume ghee but they are always apprehensive to consume any ghee, oils as they have border line cholesterol, BP and gut issues.
Could you please let me know if taking ghee empty stomach is safe in cholesterol as well!?

The entire Indian food chains has been changes from 1969, In 1980's we were not able to afford the Ghee which was not even15 Rs per KG & we shifted to Dalada for an year or two and then faced lots of problems health wise and moved to ground nut oil for cooking, but after few years even that oil is contaminated and we are at a stage where we don't know what to ear and what not to eat!!
