My mom was also suffering Trigeminal neuralgia from 2 year ago. She tried Allopathy but it's work for temporary relief (she took upto 500+mg dose per day)
So, I consult with Senior Homeopathy doctor in Surat. (Homeopathy medicine started 2 months ago) Now she almost relief 99% from electric pain. Gradually decreasing allopathy potency & continue with time to time homeopathy medicine. (currently she taking half tablet of allopathy around 75mg.per day)
She almost 99% cured. No electric pain from last 2 months.
