I love using this recipe and for the most part my cookie pies taste great but they always seem to crack and sink on one side. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Hi, it's usually to do with it cooling too fast. Mine always sinks slightly, but the fact yours is doing it on one side only could indicate uneven temperature in your oven.

What is hazelnut cream.in the UK please
Hi, I'm UK based too :) it is a white chocolate hazelnut spread that is exactly like the filling in a Kinder Bueno. You can get it from Morrisons or online via Black Milk. Or you can use Nutella instead. There's links and more info on my website via the link in the description box. I hope that helps!
My dough came out too sticky and I went by your exact measurements. I even added more flour and still sticky. Why is this ?
Did you use a margarine or spread instead of real butter? They have a higher water content so this could have caused it

Hi, no it's not hard, it was just an awkward angle for me and I was trying not to knock my camera and lights. You can see at the end my fork goes through it really easily. I hope that helps :)
