Yeah i e had this Hitachi 12 in corded for 12+ yrs
Its a beast and still kicking
We have 3 of these 10" saws and they have been beast for the jobsite
We set up ine if these with the 10" table saw on a trailer for total mobility but can both use the AC adapter for extended run time(especially with the table saw)
Fantastic! Yes I pair this with the Hitachi 12" DB non slider for bigger cuts, tempting to upgrade to the shadow line cutting, but i've never really used cutting aids, always cut by sight. Really want to spend the $ on the 7.25" trim saw, i've used it, it's beyond amazing, but that price! Ouch!

Can I ask how you adjust bevel if its out. Mines about 3 deg out when it rests on the bolt. Thanks.
Ah the adjustments are on the back of the saw, I could try to explain it here, but there should def be a video explaining it on line. Most of the miter saws adjust in a similar way. If you really get stuck and can't get it adjusted get back to me, i'll see if I can help when i'm a bit more free with time.
@@ProToolsApproved Actually this is the only saw that for some reason there isn't a video available. I just manually set it to where the blade is plumb. I appreciate you response. Thanks

I’m a big fan of Metabo HPT tools. I use them to make a living. I badly wanted to like this saw, but couldn’t get over the terrible slop in the detents when trying in the store. Terrible design!
Really, I never noticed, had an issue with that. Next time I pull out the saw i'll take a closer look. Anytime I can recall using the detent for a quick 22.5/45 it's been issues free. Maybe an abused display model?
I'm really trying to talk myself into spending the $$ on the 7.25" trim saw, until I need to do that fine work, I can't pull the trigger on it.

Hello, can someone tell me if holzkraft miter saw model:Holzkraft KGZ 3050 VARIO if is it good quality, good build and fusible? I like this model because doesn't takes up space behind like other models,the bars doesn't extend behind. it looks like a Makita model.
I can't find reviews on this model from holzkraft , any help so I can deside. thanks
