- Great XLB! Highly recommend, just don't burn yourself! We'll be coming back here, for sure. Underground parking is free but challenging - both to find a spot and the maze-like structure itself. The Food Court is on the 2nd floor and is pretty extensive - most places are cash-only so come prepared.

I remember my first time going for XLB, my brother's wife and her daughter got a good laugh watching me try the first one and then taught me how to eat them.
They are an absolute favorite of mine. I can't wait to try some of the places that you guys have been kind enough kind enough to tell us all about.

What a nice video! It really reminds me of the days! I used to go there insanely often. Chao Shou Wang is also good! I used to order a Hong You Chao Shou (number 1) with 5 dollars beef on it.

Looks delicious! Gotta try next time. As fr parking go to Safeway across the street, buy a Starbucks and cross the street to Crystal mall. That's what we do. Or park in the mall and walk. Just my 2 cents

Crystal Mall is my stomping grounds and glad you liked the food. Seating and parking are terrible though!
There are also plenty of food places outside the food court and only accessible from street level. For Taiwanese, I recommend Sunshine for eat-in and Aroma Eatery for takeaway. Dinesty across the street rivals Din Tai Fung in Taiwan.
For spicy, I like Chao Shou Wang in the food court, their dry spicy wonton is a huge takeout box for

No problems parking at this mall if you venture down the ramp to P2. Always lots of parking there. It's worth the effort to eat at this mall. We've been coming to eat here since the mall food court opened.

Crystal Mall food court has lots of awesome food.
There is a stall selling awesome Malaysian food.
Also, the Taiwanese fried chicken at J&G is very good !
Both of you should walk through the food court to check out the various food stalls there.
There is also a good selection of fresh vegetables & fruits on the ground floor of the mall.
Indeed a very Asian mall selling a variety of amazing Asian food.

Really reminded us of some places we shopped in Asia. There’s another episode coming out very soon that we shot in the food court, and doubt we’ll be back a third and fourth time! If you're looking to try BBQ pork, I would like to suggest HK BBQ master in Richmond (underneath the superstore) or the Parker Place Meat and BBQ!

@@Global_Feast It's actually easier to park in the free underground lot at the library across the street. More spots and less crazy than the mall.
Why is the camera so much on you and not the food?
Oh, if only we had the budget for a third camera person! Good question though. Every dining situation is different, and many times there's not enough space to put the camera down with a wide enough shot to get the food in the same frame. We have to stop, pick up the camera, change orientation and re-focus on the food in front of us. It's definitely a learning curve. We try and get wide shots as space permits. Thanks for commenting!
