Prawn ghee roast | Step by step

Hi, This video is about making prawn ghee roast.
Ingredients :
For Roasting Spices & to grind
Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Black peppercorns: 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Red chillies - 3-5 (depending on ur spice level)
Cashews: 3-4 nos.
Garlic cloves: 3-4 nos.
Salt to taste
Water (very little)
