I wouldn't sign all 35 with 10 are so being 3 stars just to get coaching xp. You'll end up making yourself have to encourage players to transfer that you don't want to. You have to keep all freshman for at least one season.
You don’t even need to go after 3 stars there’s so many 4 star players that have open commitment and a bunch with no offers at all. If you can recruit a majority of the players you want then you are golden honestly
I got a number 1 class before. But it is definitely hard. I focused on 13 of the top recruits. And slowly added to my broad as a gain leads on my main targets
When signing/hiring new coaches do they automatically upgrade and get better? My head coach that I control is a level 50 maxed out just lost both by level 50 assistants and had to hire to level 19’s, need to know if these level 19 coaches are going to level up?
In game and year long stat things are what they are. Just focus on winning and they fall into place. You can use multiple RB and have really good years. Just sprinkle the #2 guy in so #1 stays fresh.
@PoodleGaming so year 2 with Notre Dame Love has speed of 97 and that is lethal if I can spring him. That means I run a lot. As a result I've gotten good at using power back formations and the sub package for the #2 hb. I like to know if I get to the 4th and need the speed to get around the edge on 3rd and 3 I got my guy for it. Happy Gaming. I also rested him almost all 4th quarters. Couple games were close enough he stayed in.
@PoodleGaming I mean Notre Dame has running game for days. It's legit that the running backs and line are stupid good in the run game. So my back ups have speeds in the low 90s which is kinda the point where against even good defenses they can do almost anything. I target 12-18 plays (7-12 touches) for #2 in the first half. There's games that's half the workload. That means the #1 burner was out there in the 4th if I needed him though.
In the motivator I think there's a 2nd tier that allows you to have more recovery and reduced wear and tear. Looking for that. Need that if I want to keep averaging over 300 yards a game as a team on the ground.
With a new coach for Illinois, I went undefeated first 3 years and got to 40. It's a grind and that's with the fastest XP setting for coach. The issue is you need to save a lot of points because you can't reset your skill points like in NCAA 14. They made this game really difficult for no reason.

@hipotamer I have heard someone mention this to me. Said they are winning nattys etc, but other league mates are getting more levels. I’m not quite sure why that’s occurring.
I have the setting on "Fastest" im 5-0 and haven't gotten so much as a single upgrade point. And I'm using a team builder 68 overral team lol 😆. Is this supposed to take 15 years to fully upgrade?
@@dinodepasquale4098 Fuck that. It's not even worth it. I do 7 minutes and still use chew clock for at least 3 quarters. I couldn't imagine sitting through 15 minutes of hell on AA, let alone attempting to play on Heisman for that long.

Can easily grab some 3 star green gem guys that go unnoticed. You get the XP and you get great 3 star players who will develop very quickly
I leave at least 7 slots for the transfer portal when I'm using a top program (Alabama).

Going after players with little to no offers is a great strategy for bolstering a class.

Players drafted does multiply. I had 2 players drafted in the 1st round after 1 year and it said times completed 2

Do the stat goals count postseason or are they regular season only?

Is there a way to to a slider to gain more XP for the coach? I only see player xp options.
Yes. Dynasty central, league settings, coach xp speed setting.
If you play on a higher difficulty do you get more xp? Would be odd if you didn't..

Do you know how to fix xp gain glitch? In online dynasty I have better record and recruiting classes and 6 levels lowers after 2 seasons.

lol no joke, getting them to 50 is like a 20 year grind.
Play 15 min quarters. It's all about stat padding. You can get 1,500-2200 a game

It takes a long time to build your coach, however following these tips should help you hit goals weekly to increase your progression.
