But at the end of the week of play demon hunter I can say that the combat sistem is horrible, you can’t parry at all and the dash in combat is useless, the game is unbalanced because the slayers have a burst build so unfair and the demons have some bda so unbalanced with theirs abilities and their passives, and to progress like a slayer is more tedious because you have a crow that give you a mission when he wants despite muzan who give you a mission in two seconds

I love this game so much, but I like many others are seeing where this is headed. For the spec issue, I'm mainly just happy that most of the people on specs are dogshit at the game (and it's honestly more fun for me to win on an equal playing field with my thunder account). Balancing is a major issue alongside Dev activity, but then again, what can we do? All we can do is hope times will change. It's cool how you address how "both sides are broken" cause it's really true. A lot of people try to be biased towards their own side, when it really is all a gigantic mess. Like you said, this game has so much potential. I think this is the most unique demon slayer combat system I've ever played, I remember fiending to try and get wave and being so happy when I finally got in. But I understand your criticism and agree for the most part. And trust me, the game gets less and less enjoyable over time when you have the most brainless spec, it doesnt feel rewarding collecting moon feats compared to when I was the love pillar. I also get that the devs dont update much which makes the game really repetitive, me and other mods as well as all the balancers try our best to give the devs ideas, but I can tell you they do have massive plans for the game, its just difficult to understand fruits motives as to what he wants this game to become in the future.

Hi! I'm bao a contributor trying their best to change the game and push things to the devs because there's so much potential. Despite this the biggest issue on the dev side is that there's only really 1 dev. With the recent addition of Xeem it's a lil better. The existence of all our hands on the game is cool but not a lot gets done since only sluss solo works his ass off and gets stressed and takes 1-2 day hibernations. A lot of this was ramble but really You're right. We need more devs who work and care rather than just being here as placebo devs. Hopefully I can help to get things changed.

I don't even think demon hunter has the core fundamentals correct: The servers are all over the place (can't fault them too much, it's Roblox afterall) The parry timing is very unintuitive; and the parries don't even feel satisfying to land (very boring sound design) The character has moon gravity The swing speed of the weapons feels too slow. In PvE, where a new player will be spending all of their time, moves do not feel like they have any significant impact on enemies and combining that with a random chance to possibly get the moves you need to complete your build, the beginning grind feels very tedious and pretty much just unsatisfying. The combat feels like an afterthought. While it's very creative and a cool concept, it feels like it was made in a rush and then never touched again. The game overall does not feel very engaging. I don't feel satisfied and accomplished when I complete a mission. I just feel like I sat back and waited for an enemy to complete its 15 move long combo before I did my own 15 move long combo and ended a fight. I'm having a hard time coming back to the game when there are games with better combat and PvE and rewards for completeing quests and so on and so forth. Deepwoken has almost everything right, and Type Soul has at the very least combat right (in most aspects.. lets not talk about the balancing). Demon Hunter should not have the popularity it even has right now given that they offer a 30 dollar early access pass for a game that feels half baked and forgotten about.
