- How strong are cheap or expensive padlocks? How about bicycle lock or red hot padlock? We will use our 150 Ton Hydraulic Press as a lock pick and try to "pick" all the locks open as fast as possible. Link to our Twitch channel / hydraulicpresschannel

I have to give a shout out to LockPickingLawyer for best lock picking channel on TH-cam! I have been watching many of his videos and got the idea for this video partly from those. Here is he picking open the similar Abloy lock that won this test th-cam.com/video/oxfUmcMzx08/w-d-xo.html

SSShhhhhhhhhh.... Don't tell everyone about LPL and BosnianBill. Everyone will know that 99% of locks are junk.
You should make a tool to pull things apart, that way you can test how much force is needed to pull the shackle from the body, as that is actually how the pad lock can be broken in the street

The person carrying the hydraulic press around would be the "weary" one. So be wary of weary ones with wickedly wild ways to open your padlocks.
Wanna know a funny trick? You can padlock your suitcase all you want but, all you have to do is stick a pen in the zipper and it will open right up and then you can zip it back up look like nothing happened

And those master keys are available on the internet for less than ten dollars because some TSA dumbass showed them on camera.

They make lithium powered die grinders which will quickly cut through the shackle. Sure the sparks will attract some attention but at least the tool is concealable. A 150-ton press is not.

@@jamesbrown4092 seems pretty simple. You have hydraulics pressing the head away from the stationary mounting point. Using a vacuum to pull away is inefficient

@@JTMusicbox Lauri has given a shout-out to the LPL before. It was some time ago. I hadn't heard of that channel, but based on Lauri mentioning it, I checked it out and soon after that I subscribed. Then LPL did some videos with Bosnian Bill shooting locks on the rifle range, and I subbed to BB too. One of the best things about good channels; who am I kidding; "about Great channels"; is how they lead viewers to other great channels. 👍👍👍👍👍
