I can knit, purl, and yarn over and knit 2 together. I can't seem to frog my work without unraveling all my stitches several rows down no matter how many videos I watch. But I feel inspired by you so much, I have been looking up sweater patterns. Ignore the nasty trolls on your channel, bcuz you get to experience them through a comment but they have to live with themselves everyday. Trolls can't be mature enough to just pass by your video without spewing a little poison your way. So let it roll off you like water on a duck's back. Theyre just jealous of your awesomeness. I crochet to help as a distraction technique i have been up able to pick up my hooks for nearky 4 weeks your videos help me cope with my current inability to do what I love but by watching you knit it goves me hope i will be able to get back to crochet sooner rather than later
Happy birthday, Mark! I too am the baby with much older siblings (12 and 19 years older for me) and I think that anxiety of change is pretty common for us afterthought babies. Hooray for being able to let people support you as they are able, its a hard line to find for yourself. It's not at all silly to build community and to let people have an easy way to help.

Hi I am a 72 year old woman. I have enjoyed your podcast take life and just swing with it. It sounds like you got a Lotta neat things going on. Don’t let it worry you so much take a hold of everything and just run with it the hardest thing that I’ve had to deal with lately is realizing I’m the almost the only person left out of a pretty good size family between aunts uncles cousins grandma’s grandpa’s all of that kind of thing and it’s my brother and I who are left of our family of the old part. There’s a few Younghans out there but anything that we remember they’re all gone that is a really rough feeling so I love what you’re doing. Keep it up, thank you very much

Definitely, it is a day of self-reflection, anxiety, and the feeling of getting older with each year! You are very blessed to have so many siblings! I have the opposite experience. One parent passed away before I turned seventeen and the other passed in my early twenties. My only sibling passed in my mid thirties. Needless to say, life is not great. I was born with a stroke against me that I don’t want to get into. However, I come accept all the good and sad things that has come my way. Thank you for showing us your hometown. I have not been nor way be able to visit. Good luck in your singing competitions. Yes, I understand why podcasters create patreon accounts. I crochet to help as a distraction technique i have been up able to pick up my hooks for nearky 4 weeks your videos help me cope with my current inability to do what I love but by watching you knit it goves me hope i will be able to get back to crochet sooner rather than later

Hi I am a 72 year old woman. I have enjoyed your podcast take life and just swing with it. It sounds like you got a Lotta neat things going on. Don’t let it worry you so much take a hold of everything and just run with it the hardest thing that I’ve had to deal with lately is realizing I’m the almost the only person left out of a pretty good size family between aunts uncles cousins grandma’s grandpa’s all of that kind of thing and it’s my brother and I who are left of our family of the old part. There’s a few Younghans out there but anything that we remember they’re all gone that is a really rough feeling so I love what you’re doing. Keep it up, thank you very much

It does feel so good to just "go home" and re-energize on the good ole days! I miss Colorado for that very reason. Sadly, there's only cold grave stone hugs when I go home. Not counting my Husband, In-Laws, and our kids... My family has all sense passed away. However, their teachings, the time spent with them, the memories, and their love I forever carry with me as long as I live. My only wish is I was able to pass down what they taught me to our kids and how my lessons learned can help them. So by all means... (Holds out tissues) feel those many memories and enjoy those hugs while you can. 💌

Yes, birthdays are hard. Definitely, it is a day of self-reflection, anxiety, and the feeling of getting older with each year!
You are very blessed to have so many siblings! I have the opposite experience. One parent passed away before I turned seventeen and the other passed in my early twenties. My only sibling passed in my mid thirties. Needless to say, life is not great. I was born with a stroke against me that I don’t want to get into. However, I come accept all the good and sad things that has come my way.

I've been a subscriber for a couple of months now, and every time I sit down to watch one of your videos, two things happen: I realize we're not that different, and I get more knitting done than if I were to sit in a silent room. Just so you know, I'm also the youngest of four siblings, I'm also a tenor, and while I can do both, I prefer knitting to crochet. I was also riddled with insecurities when I was your age, and I'd like to help with that. I'm sending you a book in the mail that has served me well; it's used, but still in good condition, and if nothing else, it will give you something to read on your flight, seeing as you don't have much time to read these days.
