I am 80 years old and I suffer from knee arthritis. I have been practicing the 18 Tai Chi Qigong stances following videos but never as this SUPERB presentation. Your video is not only EXCELLENT, it's graceful and very relaxing to watch. A MILLION THANKS!
Hi Karen , loved the beach . Longed to be at the beach , I just love the vibrations around the water . Loved you outfit and the chi gong . May all be healthy happy peaceful and calm . ❤️🌈🦋☮️
Thank you so much for this video. It's been one of my go-to qigong videos this past couple of years since I got covid and can no longer do the kind of excercise I used to do. Qigong has saved my sanity and kept me feeling strong. Thank you 🙏❤
I love your Qi Gong videos, they are my favourite on internet. Everything about them is inspiring: the quality of your movement, the guiding instructions (just enough), your voice, the beautiful background settings and also the background sounds and silence... You create a peaceful atmosphere that helps me practice better. Big thank you!!! But... there are very few videos on your channel... Will you be adding any more in the near future? I would so much LOVE for that to happen. And I'm sure many other people do enjoy practicing with you too, specially now in pandemic times when so many of us have started a daily self practice at home. Very grateful for your offerings, Karen. Edit, 1 month later: Just discovered your web page and the resources and classes you offer there : )
Nicely offered…I also enjoy doing these forms in my mind…with the breath…while going down at night and upon waking in the morning…a very powerful practice…We can all arrive here each day.
I really love this. It's perfect. I used to practise this 25 years ago. Now I am doing the WIM Hof Method. Also Thailand is my favourite holiday destination
Thank you so much 💜 I did this sequence, and loved it, years ago at a class but didn't know what it was called. I've tried on and off to find it again with no luck....but now I have :) 🙏
Hi. Thank you for the nice class. Could you try to explain when to breathe in and out? I realized that we had one leg forward and then changed later on. Can you mention that. Now we have the left / right food forward... That would help a lot. Perhaps also explain some visualisation what the move means... Feel like you rolling a ball in your hand, feel like you move water forwards, or feel like a golden energy is filling up your body through the head... I made up my own visualisation and breath work. But am not sure... This is especially important for people that are new to QiGong or martial arts in general... Hope it's a helpful feedback
The 3 exercises that are done twice is I believe so there is balance. That is how I learn't Tai Chi years ago. That is why I am glad I have found Karen as I was always changing half way through those ones and it was really annoying.
especially work at the same time the reverse breathing, inhale have to return the belly, experation slipping the belly, Concentration on the laogong in the hands, a lot of work on the hip and tan tien
