कोई कमाकर यहां तक कि गवर्नमेंट की टॉप नौकरी से भी 200/400 बीघे जमीन या प्रॉपर्टी का मालिक नही हो। ये सब अवैध है। ये सरकारी संपत्ति है छीन कर गरीबों में बांटना चाहिए जो अधिकांशतः ब्राह्मण/ क्षत्रीय के पास है।

1.women in the waqf board are permissible.
2.non-muslim in the waqf board are also permissible.even the mutawalli (president member of the religious place can also be the non-muslim).
comparision with hindu mandir board they clearly mention that the member of their mandir board should be hindu only (not even sikh,buddist etc).
waqf ammendment 2024 states: if a muslim person wants to wakf their property and if he has children includes son & daughter then that property cannot be consider as wakf inadditional if he want to wakf to his son only that also not considerable he should include her daughter also.
comparision with hindu law also included in UCC in uttarakhand:
it clearly states that in hindu law that a person has a right to completely give his property to his son or his daughter there is no search law that if a person give all his property only to his son or daughter that what will happen to other child.
waqf is not all about property and land. waqf are of many types....
