Ferret makes some weird noises

My deaf ferrets make those sounds as well when they are grooming themselves or just waking up from a long sleep! I wonder why they do it...

I think its normal, they can also make these noises when they’re asleep. My baby was doing this last night while grooming himself.

My ferrets cage is in my computer room. Sometimes I'll be playing my game and she'll randomly make those noises in her sleep. I think she's dreaming XD it's cute.
