Too much truth to that lol. I worked at a daycare and watched a 2 year old behead a toy baby in front of me during naptime, while I was putting other kids to sleep. I started having nightmares of said child not long after that lol
Kids are usually meanest to the ones they trust the most. He can’t say his feelings and that makes him mad so he puts you in the microwave. He’s mad inside because he can’t say I love you dad so he throws the dad figure. ❤️
Seems to me like hes watched Daddys video watching Daddy throw himself at walls, sit in slime and foods, bending limbs in all directions, etc etc. In fairness, he just thinks thats what Daddy does.
Being autistic myself & working with lots of autistic kiddos - I've seen in cases the caregivers that get a lot of negative outbursts directed towards them, can mean the child is more comfortable expressing their big emotions with them. Of course he loves you!! (Also does Jameson's play with Brandon include rough housing, loud expressions & dramatics when hit by something?) I bet he's seen Brandon do some wild things & finds him hilarious like we do!
Same, I was going to say that he is probably just expressing what he see's Daddy (Brandon) do - funny (yet sometimes painful) antics for the laughs and just feels that is how Daddy interacts with loved ones. Brandon - maybe restrict a bit of what Jameson see's in this respect and try gentler things until Jameson realises that Daddy doesnt have to be hurt in order for a situation to be funny. Kids usually act out things they see around them, its typical therapists tactic to get kids to open up about things in their life regardless of if it is positive or negative. We arent saying you're doing a bad job, just maybe tone it down whilst Jameson is present.
Its nice to see that you aren't one of those parents who freak out when they don't have a Neurotypical child. Encourage him, nurture him and don't stop the therapy he's taking. Hopefully one day the brain and mouth will finally connect and he will start saying whole words but Its never a guarantee. Learning ASL is a step in the right direction :) Great job B :)
As an autistic person myself i can tell you one of our traits is we pay attention to detail a lot instead of to the big picture as most of people do and based on that i can tell you that what you intrrpret as your son hating dad might be totally the opposite. I think he does feel very close to you and he is watching closely to what daddy does. All these stuff you do to entertain us all he might see it as Wow daddy can go through a lot and is unbreakable. He might be using that little puppet to mimic all the things he thinks you can do and still be strong daddy. You might take that as a compliment cause in his own way he might see you as daddy the hero. Mommy and sister are also loved but he might think they need more care while daddy can actually take whatever comes at him 😉. You guys are an awesome family and you are unbreakable daddy so don't worry he loves you and he is your biggest fan. Bless you all 🤗🥰
Are you sure he just hasn't watched your videos already, and he is just recreating what you do for a living? 😂 As a mom with ADHD, who also has a neurodivergent child, it will all come together. Just keep being supportive and present, and he will be amazing, you'll see ❤
Our son is now 15 and he was born dead. He sustained brain damage from lack of oxygen for hrs before he was actually born. But he didn't talk until he was almost 4. But when he did he was doing great. Don't worry you're doing great. He used to be horrible for me and an angel for everyone else. Now he's bigger than me but he's amazing. Even with his learning struggles he's so smart
Brandon’s here having an existential crisis over what this could all mean Meanwhile, my autistic ass is sat here thinking “aww that’s so sweet that Jameson’s reenacting daddy’s usual work day!” I don’t think you’ve got anything to worry about, Brandon. His body language is clearly saying that he sees how much you love your family and how hard you work 😊
Both of my boys are autistic and LOVE your videos! They are 12 and 13 now, their diagnoses didn’t come until they were 6 and 7, so getting diagnosis and therapies this early for your boy is AMAZING! Keep it up, you are doing great!
My son is 4 and he had a speech delay. He had therapy for about a year, he learned a lot of signs and made a lot of great improvements. I'm proud of y'all dooders.
Jokes aside, I also was very delayed in speech when I was growing up, and starting to learn ASL before verbalizing, and it makes my heart so happy to see parents doing that for their kids! When I was told this story by my grandma when I was old enough to remember it, I just remembered feeling so loved and included!
My little brother is autistic so is my nephew learning and communicating with sign language aswell as encouraging words at the same time is very important luckily my brother grew to use his words and can now speak and use sentences my nephew is getting along great since he turned 3 raising a child on the spectrum is not easy I’ve seen how people struggle and your doing great Brandon! (also in some cases autistic child responds better to a high pitch/more feminine tone which is often why some respond better to the mother this happened with my brother he would not even respond nor look at my dad till he turned 4) keep going Brandon your doing amazing!
I need this video put next to the one you did about autumn lmao how " your 6 year old scares you"..ive enjoyed so much watching brandon thrive in life ☺️
Hey Brandon, “I love you” on asl; point at yourself, make fists with your hand and cross them in an x on your chest, and then point toward Jameson. This is so wholesome 😭❤
I work with 7 high level autistic children , all have different traits and many severely aggressive when dysregulated. I understand your fears in when he’s older but if he gets the right support and you continue with what your doing, he will thrive and learn boundaries and proper regulation techniques , you doing amazing
It’s amazing to see you guys are getting him the help he needs, I’m diagnosed as autistic, my parents never brought me to anything and that caused major delays.
At the beginning of the video, I was starting to think that maybe Brandon’s son wasn’t the only one that needs speech therapy. 😂 Brandon (along with everybody else) when you read this, I hope you have a great, wonderful, and blessed thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
He is saying he sees you, and loves you exactly as you are, Brandon! You do stunts and make people laugh, and clearly he appreciates that and is your biggest fan. 💗
My little brother is autistic and was also born with hearing problems, so he was also in speech therapy (so was my older brother bc of autism) and for the longest time we would use sign language. He’s turning ten soon but it’s always amazing to see other kids like him ❤
You're still such a good Dad! But we already knew you would be before you and Maria got together! Watching you with Autumn when you were just "Uncle Beebs" proved that!💜🖤💜
I ❤ this. I have a son and grandson on the spectrum and I also work with kiddos. I love how you normalize Autism too many people are afraid of that. Keep bringing awareness! ❤❤
I'm an ADHD mom with 3 kids that have ADHD as well, and they all had speech therapy by 3 years old for different types of speech issues. I remember those days!
Brandon, I could sit here and listen to your amazing family stories for ever & ever! I swear. You're absolutely amazing, and I hope you never, EVER change! Been a fan for a long, long time. And myself and my nine year old son are your #1 FANS and only continue to fall even more in love with you and your unbeatable content. Thank you for ALL that you do. I hope you know how much you're loved and how appreciative we are of you!
Brandon i know it's scary but you're doing so well being his father. as much as Jameson may have trouble expressing himself there's no doubt in anyone's mind that he doesn't love you
I have autism too, and I too am a born male.(I identify as non binary now as an adult) And I’m not gonna sugar coat it, sweetie, there’s gonna be a LOT more temper tantrums in the future. But, in the end, it’s a wonderful journey to raise a kid with autism and it’s going to be tough for him in the future once he reaches high school. If he gets depressed in his teen years (unfortunately it’s all to common for people with autism to develop depression, I myself did) just remember not to blame yourself. It’s not you or your wife’s fault, you guys seem like awesome parents. And I know you will support your son no matter what. With Love - Pippin❤❤
I would see this as 'daddy' is being treated special. If this was any of my nieces or nephews I would brag to my kids "I was the only one who got microwaved" "I got a direct flight on toddler fist airline I to the wall" lol 😆 😂
Yay for getting your son speech therapy 😃 ...it really helps and makes a difference. Any services you can get early, really makes a difference... ex: speech therapy, developmental therapy, occupational therapy (whatever your child may need) ... ps, if you are in the U.S. (i feel like you are, but I'm exhausted from work, and i can't exactly remember right now) but also look into music therapy. Might need to be a bit older, but it can help too.... it's hard enough to be a parent, but having a neurodivergent child/children adds on additional challenges ... hang in there, friend. U got this! 😃❤️🖖
I am sooo happy to see this kind of video again, little bit of a throw back!🥰🥰🥰I know you had to really struggle for awhile & I am so happy for you & your family that you have plenty & then some now but its hard for some of us to relate anymore, watching you spend thousands of dollars, especially in this economy. PLEASE, PLEASE dont take this wrong, I am so happy for you, you worked your ass off for it & you deserve it all! I guess I shouldnt speak for others but Ik in my friend group we used to sit on the edge of our seats waiting for your vids & its not like that anymore so this makes me so happy I will be sending em all this vid for sure!!!!! Bless you & your family!!!❤❤❤❤
I am autistic but my parents say I’m not smart enough to have autism. Multiple doctors have told me to see a specialist to get a professional diagnosis, but it’s hard to find someone that diagnoses adults. I’m glad it was caught early on, and that your family is so accepting and accommodating to your son’s needs.
He’s just seen your videos and put you in the microwave and the kiss was to say ‘You’ll do great’ 😊 😮 imitation is the greatest form of flattery- he’s just imitating you craziness!
My son did so many therapies starting at 2. He graduated high school, college, getting married in April. Doing very well. It does work. Every child is different find as much help as you can it does get better.❤
Maybe he's trying to do Physical comedy.. ( like the 3 stooges) it's his way of telling you that he Knows what Daddy does for a Living. He's been watching you and wants to be like you? I'd like to add, I have a Non verbal 15 year old who has Angelman Syndrome.. .. so I'm very Familiar with the Non verbal Communication, at least My daughters.
My little brother has down syndrome and autism. He has problems speaking but he is very verbal AND just hearing about Jameson made me happy to think that others struggle with the similar problems.
As an autistic that communicates nonverbally sometimes, this may not be a violence thing, this might be a this is what i see daddy doing at work thing. your type of comedy is very physical and you often put yourself seemingly in harms way for entertainment, If he see's you at work or see's you on TH-cam doing slapstick style comedy that might be what he is emulating. For now I wouldn't panic he's still young and needs to learn how to show things in a softer way. You are a Wonderful father, you are Patient and kind to your children, and accept them for who they are.
It's ok my son is all so autistic and he didn't really speak until he was four so just got to keep going with a therapies and one day he'll get there. The first word he ever said was I love you Ma and it melted my heart
Im autistic and Brandon's videos have always been something i watched on repeat because, stim things, and this is wholesome! Its soooo much better than all the doom and gloom videos im used to seeing
Due to my bro's general personality, I wasn't expecting him to be kinda really hurt. I came here for a funky moment and got a dad being a dad. Keep yo chin up Brandon my mans! Is gon be alright
Brandon, as a small man's, and Gloria isn't a giant.. I wouldn't expect Jameson to get too much bigger than you. Also, teaching Jameson sign language at this age is PERFECT! I hope y'all invest in those apps too! They REALLY help express needs. Love y'all!
Brandon, u never fail to make me laugh or smile ty so much. every time I feel sad or angry. I always go on to your Chanel, and every time u never fail to distract me 😅 ty❤❤❤
❤ aww, see Daddy, he loves u in his own way😂😂❤❤❤ love y'all's videos,, man I wish we could meet you sometime. That would be such an honor and blessing. Take care and love y'all 💘💘💘
I too am not a large man with a ginger beard, I have two boys, 6 & 3. Both like to envision me as a playtime punching bag. I had to set the stage early to make them think daddy might be small but he is crazy. They’ll realize by the time they’re bigger than me that their dad served in the Marine Corps and was a police officer for several years. Wait until he’s about 6 and do something wild in front of him that he’ll never forget so he won’t be tempted to try you when he’s 14. 😂 Good luck my ginger bearded brother!
Oh Brandon 😢 I'm sure it's just him seeing all the crazy things that you do to yourself. It's out of love. 😘🤟💜 Does the speech therapist know what you do??
I’m son was diagnosed with autism due to speech. He use to hit or get stressed out to the point that he needed to be alone for awhile. Now he is 14yrs old and is talking so much we have to ask him to stop so we can get a word in! Things will get better, enjoy the silence!
My son is 2 and a half and also has autism. He also farts then runs away 😂 sometimes with a giggle. I lost it when Brandon said that because it’s my life 😂😂😂. Side note we started speech a little over 6 months ago, before we had a diagnosis. The amount of words he has now is amazing. He still doesn’t talk much like his brother and sister (they are triplets) but he can label almost everything when we ask him.
I love your videos so much. I started watching them the other day and i really like the ones with Cameron. I usally don’t like hour long videos but yours are interesting and i love them so much. 🫶
Let me ask you this question..
WHAT 2 YEAR OLD ISN’T SCARY
Too much truth to that lol. I worked at a daycare and watched a 2 year old behead a toy baby in front of me during naptime, while I was putting other kids to sleep. I started having nightmares of said child not long after that lol
Yes!!! Dang, my 6 year old scares me still 😅
My 2 year old cousin isn’t scary just odd… he pretends he’s an animal lol
Reals
The kiss before the microwave is Jameson's way of saying "You're gonna do great!"
So that’s how the food feels?! 😂 now I feel bad for saying it
Kids are usually meanest to the ones they trust the most. He can’t say his feelings and that makes him mad so he puts you in the microwave. He’s mad inside because he can’t say I love you dad so he throws the dad figure. ❤️
#1 I love this car rants. #2 I think Jameson watches your videos and is acting them out in speech therapy.
im thinking the same
That's what I thought; seeing videos of Brandon doing stunts and getting hurt 💗 Bless him
Seems to me like hes watched Daddys video watching Daddy throw himself at walls, sit in slime and foods, bending limbs in all directions, etc etc. In fairness, he just thinks thats what Daddy does.
I was every confused like, "why is the two-year-old doing that?" But that makes sense because Brandon does do alot of that stuff 😂
In fairness, that IS what his daddy does, maybe Brandon needs to cool it a little or that little guys gonna be following in daddy’s steps 🤣😅

Also, teaching Jameson sign language at this age is PERFECT! I hope y'all invest in those apps too! They REALLY help express needs. Love y'all!
Haha..from a mom with a "non" verbal(he's getting there!), autistic kiddo...I love this so much!
Brandon, u never fail to make me laugh or smile ty so much. every time I feel sad or angry. I always go on to your Chanel, and every time u never fail to distract me 😅 ty❤❤❤
"I'm afraid he's going to outgrow me... _soon,"_
I think he'd just join in the fun of your neutral chaotic content.
I'm so happy the car vlogs are back 💜
That hoodie rocks. Seems like he's gonna be just like Daddy.
Autumn is teaching Jameson the ways😂🤣😂shes bringing him in on her plan against u👀🙃
I’m son was diagnosed with autism due to speech. He use to hit or get stressed out to the point that he needed to be alone for awhile. Now he is 14yrs old and is talking so much we have to ask him to stop so we can get a word in! Things will get better, enjoy the silence!
“I think im a little ADHD” Me:….. a little?????? You sure??…
Bro- I remember when he made videos like this when Autumn was little, now Jameson 😭✋🏻
Brandon fear for your life when Jamison gets older 😳🤣
