Yelana shows up on that roof to off Clint. So in other words... I think the after credit scene in the cemetery in Black Widow takes place during episode 4. It was also winter coat weather in that BW scene and that would coincide with the weather during this episode as well.
I love me some Vera Famiga she did a phenomenal job as Norma Bates in Bates Motel....so it's a treat to see her in a marvel show. But the way Yelena Belova a.k.a. Black Widow emerged at the end was dope af, she let Clint know quick it's not game anymore. Man when those widow stingers lit up was lit af. Valentina knows what she's doing with people working in the shadows for her....Thunderbolts. The Yelena stealth suit was everything I wanna see it again.
Now Clint should know that it is not in Kate's psych profile to just walk away. I'm like dude, do you think she would be safer with you or without you? Because you know she's going to stay involved.🤷🏿♂️
I think after that fight he was just thinking like a father. His fatherly instinct is telling him to keep her out of it, especially because he promised Kate’s mother he would. I’m sure in the next episode, he’s gonna have to accept that Kates not gonna leave his side.

But as soon as they are all on the roof, Yelana fights both Clint and Maya, and she's the one to clip Kate's belt into the cable before tossing her off the roof. Yelana is protecting Kate by taking her out of the fight with Maya, who is unknown to her. Then? Kate shoots Maya, but not a kill shot. Maya in that moment realized that Kate really isn't the Ronin, so bolts. Yelana has witnessed this. Her head shake was a signal that she was actually on Kate's side.
I think Eleanor is using Jack, more specifically his name. She puts his name on all the paperwork/files so that the suspicion immediately goes towards Jack. She's really smart and has crafted a convincing and believable diversion of suspicion.

I don't think the watch is really any kind of tech. Like Clint said it has a connection to somebody he used to work with. And he doesn't want them to get exposed. I got a feeling the watch is connected to his wife somehow. The fact that she has friends like her husband does that she can get information from. Plus how she started speaking another language on the phone. We haven't got much of her back story in the MCU. Maybe she was some sort of spy or agent before they started a family together. If they go by the comics that would definitely be the case. But the MCU sometimes goes in their own direction when it comes to the stories.

Which in all honesty I got tired seeing everyone easily picking it up and throwing it in Falcon and Winter Soldier. They made the Shield a joke. The Dora Milaje touched it and Walker touched it. It became a play thing and Feige should have said no to all that nonsense.

I do like that the series is giving us more of Clint’s skills. In the movies I think he’s overshadowed by the gods, and other characters with powers or super strength. I like that about these series.
