The basic bottom line is that, you can transform one form of energy to other form, during the transformation, energy is lost. Your using chemical energy in battery to run DC motor->Flywheel K.E energy->water pump motor, instead use your Flywheel K.E energy to run another similar Flywheel at the same R.M.P for the same time, then we can say you getting excess energy. Sir, have you checked the output torque and speed ? With any calibrated instrument ? Even if u claim that u run a 3 kw pump we don't know with what efficiency it is running ? It may be running at 1/3 Rd it's capacity in terms of lpm or pressure. Give more details of your 'invention'

I had a doubt which is not still clear (for 10year) wen an ic engine working on 4 stroke gets only power in power stroke and flywheel supplies power in rest of the other strokes, then bocz of heavy load on engine wen it runs a byk (which is a single cylinder) it should stop or struck wen going uphill or three fatty persons sitting on byk, which doest happen. A byk has very small flywheel which even generates electricity. (It acts as dynamo).
