Thanks for posting your training and competition videos. Can you talk about when you started the transition from fixed to reverse? Have a son entering 9th grade this year and has been a fixed thrower. I noticed your 10th grade year recap it looks like you were still throwing fixed?

If he reversed he would have been at 180

Doubt it, he’s not really moving fast enough to need to reverse, and non reverse is probably benefiting him more here
