@@Zarrus491 My bronze-to-gold experience has been very different to yours. My healing is way more than my damage because my tanks and dps are constantly out of position. And I don't mean they peeked when they didn't have to. I mean they are fighting in the middle of the road without cooldowns. Specially those 1-brain-cell Maugas (the one that presses W). They get to 10% health and they overrun TOWARDS the enemy 1v5. Cannot heal skill issues. Lately I decided to let them die, because there is no point in TPing and trying to save them, the enemy gets two easy kills that way. And if somewhow you save them, you reinforce the idea that their play was good and they will do it again.
Check out the Mauga tunneling the buffed Orsia so hard he CAN'T EVEN SEE THE KIRIKO LITERALLY WALKING IN FRONT OF HIS CROSSHAIR, HOW??? This is next level "Stop shooting the horse", at 13:11
2:18 emongg is talking about a HUGE problem i had when i first started learning Kiriko. I would think "okay i need to save suzu for X" but then something would happen and i would feel compelled to use it and then surprise surprise X happened and then i didn't have suzu. something that will help a LOT is just practicing your healing aim so you can begin to trust your ability to keep people up without suzu. non Kiriko players want to believe Kiriko's healing is auto aim but its not. its not like LW's healing. you do have to aim at the person you want to heal. that lock on symbol that Kirikos see is NOT for your ofuda; its for swift step. so don't use the lock on symbol to heal, use your cross hair. you can even track teammates with your cross hair to make sure your ofuda reach them even if they move around. don't be afraid to practice your healing aim! pay attention to it and to whether your ofuda are gold or blue. if they're blue, they're not going towards anyone, so if you're seeing too much blue, take a second to slow down and be more patient with your aim!

This is why I hate toxicity against your own teammates. You tilt them enough to the point of spending the entire match in the chat box, then have a meltdown after you’ve lost the match.

i think this person has an issue that lots of lower ranked supports have, which is that their positioning can be boiled down to "I must follow my tank wherever they go" which will work when the other team doesn't have the game sense to understand they should shoot at you instead of the tank, but when they do you'll die off cooldown. kiri isn't mercy or moira, you don't have to be right next to someone to heal them. playing so close makes your infuriatingly small hitbox a lot easier to hit
The reality is that competition makes people toxic and just grows from adding a group dynamic to it, it's all about how you control yourself more than other people and work from there. I don't need comms of people saying "getting my 🐈 popped" or people flaming each other, so comms are now insta mute after coming back to the game
It's truly a control issue at the core of everything. People get pissy because they wanna control what you do and what your dog does and what every opponent does and the earth has to spin around their head, but not too fast or they'll call the earth a mean slur too. I play overwatch knowing that I control just me, and everyone else is doing their own thing and I'm just zen every match.

I love the freeze frame of Kiri just pointing to Junkrat as he’s rounding the corner. It’s like one of her teammates asked where all the explosions were coming from.
I feel like the issue they're running into with not being able to aim at their teammates is just low sensitivity. When playing on console, I use 100% sens. (i queue with pc players because my friends play pc, so i need the highest sens to keep up when i'm on console) It's hard to get used to, so i'd suggest gradually raising your sens so you can make quicker decisions. It makes a huge difference in your gameplay, trust.
they do. ^^ it's in kiriko's hero settings. the healing animation will cancel if you let go of the button. I personally have it like that so i could throw a kunai without having to wait for the whole animation to finish.

this is interesting, because this person has better aim with kunai than ofuda, even though ofuda is auto-aim LOL. i know aiming on console is hard, i played ps4 for 6 years before switching, but i am begging pls go into a custom game with AI and work on ofuda aim, just pressing left or right trigger into the void and hoping for the best, especially when you have toggle healing ofuda on, is doing such a disservice to kiri's kit.
tbh he's inspiring to me as a support player because I see his tank struggles and know I need to help my tanks out a bit more as best as I can to alleviate the Tank Experience™️ lol

Remember Swift Steap Cleanses so try to Suzu only for Ultimates, Outplays, and of course If you're tank wants to walk backwards a lil.
