What is the torque spec for the 3 bolts for the pulley? The center / crank bolt is 74 ft lbs but you didn't mention the others. When trying to torque the center crack bolt and holding the tension on like you showed the pulley still rotates. How do you stop it from rotating? I have 1999 Tahoe 4x4 (old body style like this one)
I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Classic 4.3L 2 X 4 7G237766 is the VIN There is a squeaky sound coming from under my hood I noticed a slight wobble on the Crankshaft Pulley right away I replaced the Crankshaft Pulley with a new one and STILL a less slight wobble. But the squeak sound was still happening... Took a tube and used in like a stethoscope one side to my ear, the other I placed over or near each pulley listening to which pulley was making the squeaky sound. It was NOT coming from my Crankshaft Pulley...but did find a new problem, with that.... The sound was coming from my Water Pump, the sound was heard very loud in this tube I was using as a stethoscope. So I will wait for the water pump to fail waiting to see Antifreeze drip on the floor. So with a brand new Crankshaft Pulley installed What could cause it to wobble? Is it Possible the harmonic balancer is causing the Brand New Crankshaft Pulley to wobble? What if: I changed the crankshaft pulley and the harmonic balancer and it STILL has a wobble? Then there is a problem with my Crankshaft itself? YIKES...$$$$ I am correct?
An easy way to get the center bolt off is to hold it with a socket wrench attached or breaker bar, and have a buddy turn over the engine while you hold the breaker bar. Works like a charm.
Going a step further. Can you pull the balancer to replace a front main seal with the same amount of items removed as you show here or do you need to pull the radiator?
I have a horrible squeal coming from one of my belt pulleys. I replaced the tension assembly, the idler pulley and still have that noise. It sounds like it could be coming from the crankshaft pulley area. Does the crankshaft have an bearing?
Is there a bearing that you can change out as well? My pulley is wobbling pretty good so I'm not sure Whats the other pulley just above and to the right of the crank pulley? It a large pulley as well

Is there any other suggestions on trying to remove the center harmonic balancer bolt? I have tried air tools and strap wrench but I was unsuccessful
Does this effect the timing In any way?
So you guys are not going to give us the torque specs for the 14mm outer bolts?
Do the pulley bolts need threadlock applied before reinstall?
What is the thread pitch for the 3 crankshaft pulley bolts
Do the 1995 models also use harmonic balancers?
