Please do video on pigmenetation or melasma...I have brown patch on my nose since 2years..It jst lighten now.can you suggest any product which works on it...Tillnow i used many actives like,glycoloic acid,aziderma 20% and benzac(2.5%),salysilic acid(sebogel) and recently started using minimlist tranxemic acid in night and pha toner and niacinamide(10%) during day time...weekends i use minmlist retinoid 2%..almost im spending lot of money on products but nothing worked on that patch..please please give your suggestion...i cant afford fir treatments..i already consulted berkowits but they asked me 25k per 6 sessions(monthly once each session)
