When this episode first aired, I remember Brian Austin Green saying this scene hit him hard emotionally. I can believe it. Its a feeling and a situation you never want to be in or apart of.
That’s wrong they don’t do anything wrong just because they are in drugs? If the person selling drugs that person going to prison not someone who is using drugs 🙄
Dylan was a good friend here, but this was actually Dylan making things "even" for David unknowingly being the one that kept Dylan from breaking his sobriety after Jack's funeral. Dylan and David weren't even friends back when Jack "died", but a couple seasons later when David got into drugs Dylan confided in David about what he'd done to keep Dylan from going over the edge years before. Dylan told David if he were ever in a situation where he was about to go over the edge of the proverbial cliff, to call him any time day or night.
@@bfettrules1239 It's more of a place of ignorance. Like Dylan says: they had a search warrant and probable cause. Their job's to be thorough, not tidy.

It's crazy how a bunch of them become drug addicts in the show but it's like right to the hard-core ish. None of them just smoked a joint (accept Val) ever. Not that I remember anyway. It was just straight to the coke, pain killers, heroin, or speed or whatever
I can't remember if it was season 2 or 3 when Kelly's father was supposed to visit her the same weekend as the homecoming dance. He never showed and was alone at the Peach Pit, and Nat sent Dylan over to her to check on her. She told him the last time her dad didn't show when he said he would she'd end up at some guys house and spend through the whole weekend in his pool house, smoking getting high.
If this was a real drug raid in Beverly Hills, the police would have come to knock on Dylan's door and explain that they have a search warrant but will be back in five hours to execute it. They'd also ask if the boys needed any groceries or dry cleaning and to "make sure you tell your father we said 'hi'."
I remember watching when this happened and it was very scarey for me. I also got to witness a drug raid at the apartments I was living at which didn't involve me. I saw ATF come in kicking doors in with semiautomatic rifles and yelling commands to the tenants involved. It was very frighteningly. After it was over I called my parents to talk about what happened and went to stay with them for the night. I also called in sick for my work shift and got paid because I had an understanding supervisor. First time witnessing something like that. It would happen again but I was gone so didn't have to see it. David was lucky to have Dylan there with him and staying level headed. Dylan knew what to do and saved David from going to jail. As far as Kelly and Donna's reaction it was a little disappointing but they really didn't understand probable cause and there was nothing legally they could do.
I can't remember why they search him. I am currently watching season 5 because 5 and 6 is where all the drama happens to Kelly. Also Claire and Valerie are my favorite
They cut out the part where the guys flushed an entire book bag full of drugs. Thousands of assorted pills and several ounces of powder. All they showed here was the very end when David throws his little personal bag and flushes it.
@@Marcusx1980 Dylan was still with David. They didn't know if he was involved or not. He also could've had a gun. If they found something they could've even arrested Dylan in reality.
Somewhere in the city sewer system there a bunch of drugs down there. I am surprised they did not rip the tiolet out of the floor looking for drugs. But i guess search warrants do not apply to that.
They were being detained during a legal search warrant. The cops CAN cuff you and make you get down on the ground. It's usually just an intimidation tactic to try and scare someone so they'll cooperate and answer questions.
I didn't see a search warrant. This entire search based on probable cause would be tossed out by a judge because no search warrant was issued or shown. Sloppy, sloppy.
Sorry not buying this scene anymore. A known drug dealer says a guy with no priors is the real dealer and cops especially narcs buy into that 100 percent. Not happening
The drugs were with him. The only thing I don’t get is why the known drug dealer got pressured into anything when he didn’t have any drugs on him. They probably had something else on him to scare a charge
I saw the scene before this in another clip. David had a backpack full of it. The dealer gave it to him to hold on to, then ratted him out after he got arrested. Dylan says he has 15 minutes by the time to cops get there, and he was right.
Sooo their executing a search warrant but first thing they do is cuff arrest and read them their rights. Wouldn’t they have to find the drugs before arresting them??? Ahh. 90210
There's lots of people who say drugs shouldn't be legalized, but what they don't realize is that the problem isn't so much that they aren't legalized, but how the situation gets treated. Drugs that aren't legal should be treated like nothing more than parking tickets or speeding tickets, as in, you know, like misdemeanors, but unfortunately some people are too ignorant to realize that. Maybe their would change their tune if it happened to them or to someone very close to them.
