Because I literally searched "Starship Troopers Terran Ascendancy" and the second link (after wikipedia) was an abandonware website offering it for free. This game is the only one who had Power Armor as their standard issue equipment of the M.I in fact the novel introduce Power Armor. Terran Command Only gives you power armor in the end of the Mission which is stupid.
The book and the movies don't really have anything to do with each other. The CGI series in the 90s was closer to the book, but it's still not on par. The book has a much greater emphasis on the philosophy of humanity, the pysche of the bugs, and the cost of citizenship. The movie has a little of it, and then it descends into a story about dehumanizing soldiers. Which is nothing like the book. The anime has pwoered armor too, and something about the head design in the anime makes me feel someone at Bungie was a big fan when they designed Masterchief.
Noice! Any idea where i can purchase & download this? For those who never bought original CD when it came out ages ago. Like its not on Steam. Im playing newer terran command & that's so much fun, but would also like to check out this game if its still available anywhere for download/purchase?
I only mention it because there are steps you need to take to add the crack to WD (if it picks up as a false positive) and people not used to it on Windows 10 can be overwhelmed.
This game was a classic, When setting up the game what did you do to lower the frame rate of the game? Do you happen to know how to start the game without using the Non-Cd Patch?
You played with directX how many ? I downloaded the game, and I using window 10 too, just considering need to downgrade the directX to 7 or use my existing directX 9
P.S. You will made even battlestar galactica Deadlock? I LOVE that game and i think you will find easy to win with the Atlas, Carriers are OP.... especially in that game XDDDDD

I played this game on like windows 7 without anything but compatibility mode. So fun, much better than that new SST strategy game.
With dgvoodoo you can force antialiasing and have readable UI.

Nah, suffered through it once out of boredom, when it came out. The next walkthrough will cover either another tactical RTS or flying sim.
