People say EDP projects better I own both and honestly can’t tell if I get nose blind. Not sure which one to repurchase because I’ll be in duty free soon
@woocash1 I had never really tested it out much. But i had noticed and had heard from different people that you are more likely to get nose blind when the fragrance projection is on the strong side.
After awhile EDP starts to smell bar soapy and like pink bubblegum which I’m not too fond of. Parfum on the other hand smells more mature and darker and woodier. I prefer it more. Both their starter smell, smells very extremely similar when you first apply it. With EDP smelling a slightly lighter when first applied.

They smell very similar to the untrained nose anyway. Also when notes overlap alot, the second scent gets extinguished to a great degree even with a strong perfume. I did this with Amouage Interlude and Interlude 53. Both are beast mode frags. The 2nd scent gets a lot weaker smelling when you immediately smell after the 1st.
Hate to use the word "refined", but it has a more refined profile than EDP, for sure. Happy you're in a place where you can have both! Haha if you had to pick an everyday wear, which one would it be?

The parfum feels different to me. It's like it has a creamy top that keeps the scent trapped. On the other hand the EDT is like the scent is not strong and clear enough. I chose EDP because the BDC scent is more clearly defined, I liked it more, and it stayed on my hand faintly for days. Yes, I didn't bathe, sue me.

But comparing the two side by side and a trained nose, EDT will wear more citrusy and for warmer weather. EDP will wear better for colder weather. The general consensus for a 100mL bottle is 1000 - 1500 sprays. Given Parfum's potency, I personally wouldn't put on more than 3 sprays. It'll for sure last 2 years. Thanks for watching, Mr. Steel!
Just got in a sample of BDC EDP and CAHS. Honestly i dont like either one of them. Literally 0 character in them and with AHS.. missoni wave literally does it for 1/4 the price. Can finally put a finger that chanel dna in the missoni wave bottle i had b4 i gifted it away. Now i know what it smells like i def shoulda kept the wave. They are just stupid safe scents. The price shouldnt be that high with this borning personality.

@@kenIiam I haven't been after many niche scents because I only buy into them when the huge sales are. My 2 most "niche" ones are green Irish tweed and Layton. Unless you count manceras there's more. Summer i switch between Versace eau fraiche, d&g light blue intense, ADG profondo lights. Most worn are y edp, Layton, d&g LBI. Dylan blue, Prada carbon. There's still a few nice designers for summer I want to buy or try. Missoni wave to CAHS is the best version you like of CDNIM to aventus. I'm still going to sample eau extreme and edition blanche. I hope to at least get one
This would work a lot better if both bottles are real. Unfortunately, they're both fake. You can clearly tell by the sloppy job of the paint on both caps (not to mention one being broken). Get your Chanels from Macy's, Sephora or directly from Chanel. The majority online and most everywhere else is fake. It's the most faked brand out there.

I have a full bottle of parfum and a sample of EDP. My preference is most of the time parfum, but sometimes depending on my mood, im vibing the EDP.
