I just picked one up in the 42 oz plastic bottle. I think they are sold in cans around here but its not something I go looking for so I wouldnt know for sure. I was looking for a Colt 45 40 oz but the store didnt have any so it was either this or the St. Ides so I chose this. They also had Budweiser and Natural Ice in 40 oz but I think its pointless to get those since you can just get them in 6 and 12 packs or more.
been drinking 2 40ozs of these for 10 + years now. And yes the black label was better than the reg steel dunno how that wasnt put in mass production over the silver
Hops being related to cannabis is likely why your friend feels ko'd by space dust beer faster. Know alot of drinkers that arent huge hop heads that get sleepier an a more couchlock feel from hoppier alcohol. I notice it too and as an advid consumer of edibles and hash drinking a much hoppier beer almost like eating some cbn cannabinoids with your booze. As i dont drink alot of super hoppy beer but when i do i notice a more tired feeling come on quicker. Maybe thats just me, but what ive witnessed 🤔
I like 8.1 SR. Having a 24 oz. can right now. Still think Triple Export was a bit better, though. Triple Export always felt like MGD on steroids to me. In other words, I thought it was more complex than the silver can 8.1 SR. The standard silver can 8.1 SR is like a malt bomb punch to the face (as you guys more or less say in this review). But for that KIND of experience, it does its job very well. Still... it’s not as good as Triple Export, or West Coast OE for that matter. But for $1.99 a can in my area... good grief. It’s a steal. No complaints from me here!
@ronaldtheriot Now that you mention it, I actually meant Earthquake is the worst I've ever had. I was a 40 and a half into my 211 Steel Reserva and wasn't thinking clearly. 🤦♂️ 😂
Partly cause they just so gawdam strong. Good to start off with one but its a good idea to return to regular strength lagers after that. I drink one once in a while just to get a quick jump start but not often.
This is a Russian type beer...by definition.... describes what its like to live in Mother Russia 🇷🇺........ Risk beer: adrenaline and feeling of being alive..... manly beer 🍺, definately....
Yes Dave it takes you to another realm ; I really got into the 80s sci fi flicks this was a welcome libation for such
Thanks, and I am glad that you like it.
Steel 8.1 is strong but very well done. Good review fellas.
Thanks, Jean!
Drinking a Space Dust as we speak. I do like drinking a Steel 8.1 from time to time. Good review guys 🍻
I love getting dusted with that ale! Thanks!
Good review
Thanks, Marion O'Connell. I appreicate you watching!
Halfway through one of those 24oz cans will put a hangover into dormancy.😂
I'm afraid you're right.
I could chug malt liquor 3 decades ago, but now I can barely get down 8 oz in an hour.
I guess our tastes and tolerances change, over the years.
Have you guys tried the black can 211 steel reserve. I can never find it any more. It’s been m.i.a
I have tried it, a few times, but it was discontinued in 2021. Thanks for watching, Marc N. Angelu. I appreciate it!

I can't argue with anything you're saying, here.

Steel Reserve 211….what you drink when you’ve given up on life.
Well, maybe the 8.1% version.
Lmao! Funniest comment I’ve seen so far on this video
More like 3.2 standard drinks.
Yes. Thanks for watching, Blanco UC. I appreciate it!
That, Earthquake, Hurricane and Jaguar were the worst beers I have tried.
Jaguar was especially horrible!
I've drank every rot gut swill on earth. Hurricane is the absolute worst.
@@OneMightyandStrong It's not the worst. Try Earthquake. 10%. You'll see. Thanks for watching, One Mighty and Strong. I appreciate it!

New Hampshire gets this 8.1%. Vermont gets the 6%. .
You're close to both!
I drink a 40 over time on my days off. It's not as strong as people make out.
Unless your a crazy chugging drunk.
Right. Crazy. Thanks for watching, Victor Geuerin. I appreciate it!
Karl marx?
Not exactly.
You need to do your reviews by yourself that bearded guy asked too many damn questions like he didn’t want to be there
Oh, he enjoys the reviews. Thanks for watching, Steve Rhoden. I appreciate it.

Yes, it will, if you don't handle it with care.

Dead to this product, yes.
