- The whole process takes about 10 minutes. It was a lot easier with my cordless soldering iron. This is not a paid advertisement, but the soldering iron is made by ISO-tip. Make sure you get shallow mount speakers. 6.5”.
Thank you for showing how you attached the speaker. None of the other videos I found do and I wasn’t sure what to do with the clips that came with the new speakers.

Good video except you should check to see that the speaker works before you put the door back together.
Would 6.5 work on a 2000 s10 truck?
6.5 seems to be a standard automotive size. I’d bet it would work.
