How to get your team to adopt Asana

    This was very helpful! I have a meeting tomorrow where I have to show how I I’m going to roll this out to my team to have it fully operational by the end Nov 🥺. I have a question. We currently mostly use Google Calendar, Jira, Slack, envoy daily. If any, which of these does Asana sort of replace ? Just trying to wrap my head around it.

      Asana could replace Slack and potentially Jira. I'm not sure about Enoy Daily sorry. You'll still need your Google Calendar for appointments.

    I currently use Pipedrive w Asana and mailchimp. Will I be able to use Asana exclusively?

      You could use Asana as a CRM but it wouldn't be as robust or as good as a CRM as something like Pipedrive. This is why I use Pipedrive and Asana. Asana is perfect for task and project management and Pipedrive is much better as a CRM.

      You could create a form in a 'Leave Request' project that they fill in to request time off. Then the task is assigned to someone to approve it.
