    Thanks for the video, great idea to use Asana for a basic CRM. Question: If you delete tasks, that create subtask or project via automation, that created task/project via automation also will be changed/deleted/canceled?

      Yes, depending on where your prospects come from, you could likely use Zapier to add leads to a project in Asana.

    Brilliantly done and I always learn something new. Regarding rules, can a task move from one section to another based on a relative due date? For example, when a video is moved from "scheduled" to "live", I want it to, based on rule, move from live to complete using a relative due date, say, 3 days after the trigger moving it to live, then marked complete. Tried but can't seem to make this work. Thanks again for great instruction.

      Thanks Ralph. I feel this is too complex/not possible with Asana rules. But would be possible using Zapier.
