Can you please explain what TVL-2 point of reference is in both above and below the hymen while assessing the stage of Prolapse?

That depends on the total vaginal length..if TVL is 10cm as in this case,till -8 it is stage 0,below -8 upto -1 it is stage 1, -1 to +1 is stage 2 and below +1 to +8 it is stage 4
