Bro, thanks so much! You’re the first online piano teacher I’ve connected with. It just makes sense the way you explain and demo things! You’re appreciated 🧡
I'm glad it's helpful and really appreciate the feedback! Also, just noticed the tip you sent, thanks a lot for the support mate, that's really generous and really helps 🙂
I haven’t commented here before, but I just started watching your videos and you’re really good at explaining and revisited concepts so they stick in your head. I started with your first video and now its my goal to watch every single one up to the present!
This is THE MOST helpful video I've seen on this topic. Thank you so much... I love how you talk about patterns so much...as someone who is a visual learner this really helps me!
@@PianoFromScratch absolutely. I've never been able to understand how to play something in a different key before, because I didn't know how to see the patterns and the relationships between the notes. Like.. I'd focus to much on what the notes actually were rather than learning the spacing or the shapes they make when playing the chords together, but you've helped me with that! Been binge watching your content, you're very under rated but I hope that changes soon for you!
I gave up on musiv theory, became a music producer for almost 4 years, saw this video, and now I'm back trying to learn it all. This video taught me what I was unable to learn for 4 years. Thank you so much, for making this video. Will definetely be watching more of your videos! 🎹
@@PianoFromScratch I've heard a lot of talk about "the circle of 5th's", I've looked at it so many times, but I still can't get to understand it. Do you have any videos on it? :)

Remember we want to learn it, then also learn to forget about that side when we're actually playing and just focus on the shapes. It's good to practise just finding and recognising chords and inversions positions, there's a bunch of videos on the channel to help with that 🙂
This Channel is very underrated. I hope more people will find your videos :)
Thanks! Yes me too just takes a while when you first start to get going. Likes and comments really help though so thanks
@@PianoFromScratch haha I know, I'm in the same position. Good luck mate!

@@PianoFromScratch no problem, wish I could give more but you are appreciated!
I have never understood 5ths or 7th chords until you explained it this way, why does no one teach it like this? Awesome Bruh 😎

Merci beaucoup for this. I've watched several other of your videos, your explanations are very clear. And I love your Texas accent.
Outstanding. Thank you so much for this golden information. Very helpful. Chords are tough but you explain them very well.
Love this! It’s so hard to just learn bling with no u sweat and of the why. And this video totally explains that!
Brilliant, just brilliant. I've been struggling with how to identify chord structures and this has just nailed it. Excellent. Thanks man.
Glad to hear!
Very well explained , in simple form for a beginner.
Well done and thank you
No probs thanks for the feedback

Glad it was helpful, yes once you understand how something works, you have to then be able to see it on the keyboard so patterns are really important

Glad it helped, yea a basic bit of theory goes a long way and really useful for labelling things to help you find them

Very comprehensive.
This is really amazing
Thanks man
I am definitely subscribing
Awesome, plenty more on the channel to look through. Perhaps the inversions playlist would be useful next
Golden!
That all makes much more sense now
Glad to hear!
good to meet you . I don't have much money. But I will try to do what I can in any project. Music related or not that you have.
Hi! Don't feel any need to spend money but thank you anyway 🙏 Likes and comments are also a great way to help out
I can identify the chord structure and know the basic theory but now the difficult part is to do that comfortably without thinking too much
