Samosa Filling Ingredients:
2kg Lamb Mince
2kg Potatoes
4 Medium Onions (sliced)
1kg Frozen Mixed Veg
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
3 tablespoons Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 tablespoons Salt
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
2 tablespoons Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
4 tablespoons Tamarind Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Samosa Dough Ingredients:
12 cups Plain Flour
1 cup Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
1 litre Water
Bbq Chicken Spring Rolls:
6 Large Chicken Breasts (1.8kg)
For the marinade:
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
For the sauce:
2 Red Onions (sliced)
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sweetcorn
Kebabs:
1 Onion & 1 Tomato (processed)
1kg Lamb Mince
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
1 teaspoon Pomegranate Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Egg
1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander

This is my 1st Ramadan as a Muslim..I am the only Muslim where I live so I will be fasting alone and hopefully will return to the UK to celebrate Eid with my daughter, her husband and my grandson inshAllah

I really like the way you demonstrate the whole process from start to finish, from.buying the ingredients to filling the samosa wraps. Very organised. And i like the way you made the kebabs rolling the mince out between grease proof paper, great ideas.

Dearest Sister, I love your vlogs but I have a suggestion for you, when you make samosa patti, dont roll them individually, there is a trick to make 7 at once, check foodfusions samosa patti recipe or other ones…my mother rolled 10 puris and made them big and put in oven all her life..much faster.

Shamsa; I think it would be good idea to involve your kids in cooking. My greatest memory as kids was sitting around the table with my mom & siblings making samosas, grape leaves & falafels.

God as per the Arab scripture is foolish to not realise that Jesus capable of doing miracles, raising the dead and healing the sick would eventually make people to consider Jesus as God. Also as per the Arab scripture, Jesus has second coming and God is so foolish to not know that assigning Jesus as Messiah would further worsen people's mistake of worshipping Jesus as God. Jesus as per your scripture is Messiah and a prophet coming after the Messiah is delivered God's real message makes no sense. God as per your scripture is foolish to not realise that making people believe that Jesus is crucified by making someone else resembling Jesus to be crucified instead of Jesus would further make people commit mistake of worshipping Jesus as God. God as per your scripture is unaware that Mary is not worshipped as God. All that you want is to make your faith right and that is why you have no interest to accept the truth. May God forgive you as God The Son Jesus taught to pray for those cursing you and that exactly is the greatness of Lord Jesus.God as per the Arab scripture is foolish to not realise that Jesus capable of doing miracles, raising the dead and healing the sick would eventually make people to consider Jesus as God. The following verse is from another holy book sent by God to Prophet Musa or Prophet Moses.
Then the Lord said to me, “The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds.(Jeremiah 14 : 14)
Does it work out cheaper to make your own as I tend to buy ready made
