Hi! And thank you! I took your course of Primitive Reflexes, that was great.
Today I watched your video in the morning and immediately included an obstacle course for today's session with my kids. At first I was planning on doing it just with the little ones-5 to 8- but when i was there I had to do it with both groups together -9 to 11 too-, and it was just great. 18 kids having fun and moving in different and interestiing ways.
I had some materials like those balance builders called Smart Stepping Buckets and some others called River Stepping Stones. But I didn't have a tunnel so I did as you recommended and took a hurdle (we work at a track and field facility) and turned it down so I could cover it with a bed sheet and I had the tunnel. Easy! Then I tied four jumping ropes to two more hurdles in the proper position facing each other, and I had a place for them to roll under the ropes, like a pencil.
Now, at the end the first goal wasn't really exciting so, for the second round, I placed two balance boards and two beanbags, so the goal was to toss and catch the beanbag 5 times while trying to keep balance on the board. And it worked! relay races with and obstacle course.
Bottomline: a great idea, that I had done before but, without your guidance perhaps I wouldn't had use the hurdles and most important, the finnal goal or task I think is a remarkable addition to the obstacle course.
Thank you Rachel and Jessica. Greetings from Mexico City!

That is absolutely incredible! And exactly what we want to hear, and were hoping people would do! You just made the whole teams day! Thank you so much for sharing in such details how you created it - the idea with the jump ropes is brilliant! - and thank you for being a part of our community. Keep up the amazing work you are doing.
