    T880
used to run same older KW versions
    now ‘m playing with 2020 T880
is what I haul 🛢 around with
    in the oilpatch
so we literally putting those trucks thru the ringer
and we don’t even have heavy / super heavy duty versions
for some reason tho we having electrical / wire harness issues
    other then that : though
and roomier and more modern ergonomics / layout
you getting very quick used to it
and actually like it much better
and ‘m less tired after a shift
visibility is excellent , especially since we have to squeeze between tight gates and horrible locations
backing up once used to , a breeze
T880 is just way more comfortable + quieter too
our T880 are also equipped with an entire automatic greaser system
greasing everything including our side sliding 5th wheel ( for extra needed articulating due to our 4 wheeling we do , just to get to / onto location)
I have seen heavy duty T880 versions in the 🛢patch
    and talked to the guys
they all said after initially being skeptical , they changed their minds really quick
by how maneuverable the T880 is
    especially for moving 🛢rig equipment
    and that 💩 is 🖕heavy
    mostly all off pavement too
they get the job done ✅
    so do I ✅
my most fav truck so far
W990 is pretty much same on inside
    but a step up
    but more similar to W900
I wouldn’t consider my T880 a coast to coast Hwy cruiser , alltho it rides very nice down the interstate
but for what I do , T880 is a hoss
a perfect and hardworking 🛢patch workhorse
maybe that helps you a little bit with a real work environment impression
    also really like your videos
thanks again for making them for all of us to enjoy
and for putting heavy oversize - a niche segment of trucking , in the spot light
    in a very professional way
and your calm and collected approach to it makes it even more enjoyable
    absolutely appreciate what you do
    be safe 🤜🤛🤝✌️out

Kenworth or not. I'll follow. Right now if you're worried about length. Scania is trying the market in the US. With thier fuel efficient 780hp high output motor you wouldn't have an issue. You would just spend a lot to get a longline with the axles you need. Service might be a headache too idk. But Scania is coming to the US. It's definitely something I would look into. They are powerful, comfortable trucks. Lots of options too.

Slidell La. I grew up there. Just look at the Slidell rest area on Google maps, the same Truck, Trailer and Load park in the rest area, just the wrong color.

Stick with the w9. It was my favorite truck. And if you haul heavy, aerodynamics means nothing. Hauling heavy, I ran a w9, and a couple freightliners. They all had about the same fuel efficiency.

Nothing will help you save on fuel except turning the engine off.

The T880 is a lot more comfortable and smoother some say. I would get my custom built to what you need. Double frame, 3rd pusher axle, lights etc! Get what you need cuz!
