I used olives to get over cheese. They are fat and salty, like cheese, without the mucus and cholesterol forming qualities of cheese. It worked really well. I am now free from eating cheese and dairy!
It makes me anxious to hear about going after the boxed clutter. Not that I don't want to get rid of it, but thinking about how much there is. When I finally clean my closets I will have won.
