Hi Tony I'm a late Lerner to 45 I'm 47 now does that count lol I can't do bar cord's my memory is sucks as I have prostate and lung disease but I don't moan and wine there the cards I have been delt and that's life sometimes you just have to get on with it and that's just that acoustic guitar is my escape from the real world some where I can be that's not realty for just a little while my strumming is ok my counting not so good so I count strums instead down up ect I know basic theory and the blues scales mostly minor as I do blues mostly I know quite a few open chord songs my licks are ok apart from slides not enough practice on slides just yet some days I play great others not so good I can't do off beat reggae or chucking style rythms can't do chuck berry correct lick Johnny be good or run run Rudolph but I can slow 12 bar blues which is same style just a slight difference don't get why but I can't can't do slide on bottle neck at all pants at it well that my life story minus Michael Aspell and his big red book it would probably say total bar stool kick him in teeth first chance you get the end told you I have a dry sense of humour to lol my dream is to play soul melting blues where I can just play endlessly to myself but I just can't seem to get there plus I'm also totally self teach from youtube no lessons no nothing just me my guitar and my prison cell aka my bedroom lol any help I'm listening any tips also listening
