@@chenyz everytime someone has a build with cherry scratch it sounds nice but when i do my keyboard sounds like i dug up a keyboard from west germany 1986
LOL don’t me kill man that’s hilarious haha. I know what you mean though maybe you’re getting really bad batches of cherry switches or idk sound tests aren’t always accurate to how stuff sounds irl
I thankfully did not experience any cracking from the clears, but those stories are probably true. My set of GMK Demon Sword is pretty loose after being used a lot which is the only reason I used the ergo clears with it. The ergo clear stems do have bumps/small nubs on them to keep keycaps mounted on securely and were still hard to remove afterwards. If you have a Geon trimmer, I'd highly recommend to trim them before using them with GMK, I took a risk and got lucky that nothing cracked.
Unfortunately, I don't think any vendors in Europe would have this PCB. You could try searching around on your local aftermarket to find one within Europe, but most likely you would have to purchase one from the main seller in the States from Massachusetts. The connector on my cable is more scuffed up than I thought I haven't taken a close look at it in a while. From far away it looks fine but up close there's a good amount of scratches and dark specs on it. I'm not even sure where the scuffs come from since its only on my desk lol
@@chenyz ah that's a shame was looking to get one similar to yours but was worried about it scuffing up really quickly. You think a matte color would scuff up as quick?
I've had this cable for a long time too at least 2 years now so it was bound to get scuffed up haha. Yeah, I think matte would hold up much more. Chrome/PVD coating is nice but you can't really stop it from getting scratches
Loving the cherry, it's a great sound profile in small boards like this. Spacebar sounds great
agreed, cherry sounds great in smaller boards with the gummy o-ring mount. Fjell spacebar always so nice too
Ergo clear the best switches ever.
The cherry scratch is so nice, alphas are nice and poppy, amazing build!❤
thanks! haha yeah you can definitely hear the cherry scratch with the clears

She’s beautiful. Ergo Clear is built different.

I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can confirm copium fjell korn does indeed go hard LOL
Any issues with the cherry stems on your gmk keycaps, I've seen stories about them destroying the housings.

May I ask where you can find this PCB in Europe ? 😊

O-ring mount never misses fs. How is the connector on your cable holding up in terms of wear and tear like scratches?
