@@RobynTaylor-u5z so it’s best to juice them fresh because they still have their water content. You could maybe try soaking the leaves/herbs in water to rehydrate them and then just steep them like a tea, and add that to your juice.

How about using enemas during juicing?
I dont think it could be harmful. Are you considering doing a juice cleanse and then adding enemas? I’d say adding a light enema wouldn’t be too bad.

I heard that doing enemas during juicing is very beneficial.

My juice doesn't last 4 days. I have to drink usually within 3 days
