I stay in casa maya hotel last month the first check in they gave me a room so old I was think it was a room like a motel in usa horrible I went back to the reception I'm the I toll them I pay for a suit not a stardan room they gave me studio suit better not completely completely looking the beach after that it horrible costumer service the food buffet was so bad three days with the same food lunch and dinner cold tacos cold they sale tickets for breakfast ,lunch and buffet "dinner " like $25 usa money I could eat lunch and dinner because it was so bad , no entertainment the beach smell they put a bracelet in your risk you can't take out Went a went to a restaurant they new I was staying in casa maya I ask them what they know about and they told me every body said bad thinks about this "hotel" the outside paint was black like haven't been paint for so many years look bad don't look nothing about what you see in the apps I was imbarest that I chose this hotel please don't waist your money in this hotel
Honestly they don’t give 4 star service and the appearance from outside is def not the most fascinating. I didn’t experience bad smell tho but thanks for putting your experience down, my video aim is to show the place for people who wanna book and also for people to share their experience their - no matter how it is

How much is the cost of the food there?
I think it’s like 10$ to 15$ buffet for lunch.. lots of varieties ..unless it has changed now but it was pretty decent/cheap wen I was there.

The hotel is permanently closed, just went to Cancun. They said they are closed for good
