This is a total scam. There is no such thing as 650watt LED. Max watt LED is Novsight 200w and that costs 22-24k in pakistan. Ye sab jhoot hai. Jaahil awaam ko kuch nahi pata
On high beam or low it seems like its on front persons face !! I feel it's not save a good quality light should stay low on low beam and high on high mean it high and super high, I don't recommend this to you guys
