I just got out of a long distance relationship of seven years, and it was good and bad. But I got ghosted the day after her birthday and i haven't heard from her since yet I'm still feeling alone and I saw a girl who I called out because she only talked to me when she was bored yet I even asked her out and i saw her today with my cousin who doesn't talk to me. I'm tired of reaching out to people and get pain in return but everyone else gets happiness, friends, everything. I'm alone

My long distance relationship did that to me. It wasn’t always long distance btw because she was here in Chicago but moved over to Texas for two months with her mom but came back to stay with her dad. I was talking to her for a total of 10 months but 2 and half of those months we were dating. Our breakup for me wasn’t too painful because I know I did the best I could even though I was the one broken up with. Long story short if someone continually disrespects you (like not responding) leave em you deserve someone better for you. I gave all I could for this girl I helped them move out for like 2 weeks, I gave her my sweater and bought her a teddy bear, I sent flowers over to her while she was Texas and even offered to fly over and stay because she got dehydrated and probably could have died with scarred me badly. Then after I sent her flowers there was one hole day and a half where she didn’t respond to me💀. Dude I get it. And she broke up me like the 23rd of august for a different reason. Apparently I wasn’t calling her and trying to talk to her even though she doesn’t text me first or call me at all when she was over here and through text I was encouraging her with her at her new school because she was scarred. And I asking how she was doing and telling her about my day. It was a lot bro this girl really sucked to talk to sometimes like conversations over text would hours with only like 6-7 messages sent I hated it. Regret is I shouldn’t have called called her but Also I had to talk to her dad and get on good terms because we got caught because she gave me a hicky on our first date! I never even met her dad you know how much guts and confidence it takes to do that. I was prepared for like 2 months waiting to talk to him. But dude ik I feel alone too I have friends or I guess acquaintances but I don’t feel connected to anyone really. Now I’m praying I get accepted into a college or university man it’s a lil stressful but I have faith that God will get me somewhere I need to be in my life. He is my provider. Dude just try and heal the best way you can and whatever’s is best for you. God bless!

Currently going through a 6 year break-up with my ex fiancé. It feels like he gave up when it got too hard. It feels like those 6 years meant nothing. Currently moving out, getting my own place & completely starting over. Some days are better than others. Some days I feel like I’m drowning. The craziest part about it is I almost feel scarred. Like I’m not sure how to be in a relationship again. Like I’m not sure if I could ever even live with my future husband or trust a man again. I never ever want to feel this pain again. I’m traumatized.
It's get better with time. I went trough a similar situation. Time heals you . Now I don't think about my ex partner. And now I'm feeling like God is slowly healing and getting ready for a new relationship. Just keep God first and keep your head up

My daughter and I went on our first vacation alone, our 1st Christmas without him. This morning I woke up thanking God for another day and to help me to ease the pain in my heart. From 5 months ago to now, I promise you, you will reach the summit, so that you can reflect and see what lies ahead. It's wonderful to discover you again, to give time to you again, to enjoy what you love and like. Make yourself pretty, go to gym, meet new people, have fun with you. My fiancée has decided to leave me and is now moving across the country. She is my best friend and we have been close friends for half of our lives. She was the one I was going to spend the rest of my life with. The first person I ever asked to marry me. I am so heartbroken. The pain has been unbearable. Accepting that what we had and the future we planned is gone is killing me inside. I cry every day. I can’t find rest. I am struggling so bad and can’t find peace in the midst of this pain. I used to look for love in all the wrong places and faces. Love used to be a physical thing and it took me awhile but I finally got it, love is not physical....love is so much more. Don’t waste your time on the physical. God will bring the right one to you when He thinks you’re ready. Love is a precious gift, don’t waste it.
Dealing with rejection from a wife of 20 years that I'm head over heals about. Tring to stand in the gap for her tring to love without expectations tring to be strong for our 15yr daughter and also our 18yr old son that just got married and going to have a daughter in a couple weeks. Bryan, sometimes God allows you to go through things to shape you and be more like Him. We reject God all the time and He still loves us. It doesn't mean it won't hurt, it just means God is working on us. Stay focused on God, it's bigger than all of us. God loves you and k ows what He is doing.

Not so! You can not control what others do....only what you do. You are responsible for you not what others do.....and they are responsible what they do...so don't take on another's guilt or wrong doing. All you can do is forgive as God commands we do , so then you free yourself of that pain and hurt . Yes it can be a hard process especially when you are hurting, but in time you can, and it is for yourself not them, cause it frees you and you shouldn't live with a hardened heart. That only hurts you...making you bitter and angry. Of course we want to do every thing we can to reconcile but if they have made up their mind and you see that ... you need to accept that cause you can't make someone love you if they don't.....bottom line . I speak from experience not my personal feelings or opinion. Sometimes in this life, we have to pick up the pieces of our heart and move on in this life. I will say, being in a close relationship with the Lord is everything .....for He is who gives us the strength and helps us through these difficulties in this life. And I'm so very thankful I have him in my life. With God all things are possible! "Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him . " (Psm. 34: 8).
My husband left 14 mons ago, he is a bivocational preacher & wants a divorce but wants to stay friends. He says he doesnt love me anymore. I told him he would have to file for divorce bc God is not giving me peace to file, but he doesn't want to file & look like the bad guy standing in the pulpit. God will work in the midst of these circumstances to bring His glory into the situation and to assure that we end up in precisely the ministry/calling He ordained for us. The enemy may give it his best shot, but He is not able to disqualify us because God is for us and He will work His glory into each situation! (Romans 8:28).

I have been struggling mentally with all of this and preparing myself to raise my child alone. The father doesn’t want to communicate. I’m not sure what he is struggling with or facing. I am raising 2 kids alone, working full-time, a business owner, working in ministry and working on my 2nd degree. Trust me focus on God and your healing you will come through it all.... Hope you are doing better, my fiancé did the same 2 months ago. Kept the ring and broke up over the phone after 9.5 years together. Realizing you are so much more than whoever your spouse is, is insanely important. I realize my happiness was tied through theirs and that cannot be the case. Love yourself and they will love you.

My "Christian" husband walked out after 41 years, 3 daughters, and 9 grandchildren. He was a church elder and we helped plant a church many years ago. He found someone 17 years younger than me and they moved in together months later. Now they're married,, but not legally by state law because she's waiting on last husband's (passed away) pension. It would be hard to trust again. I struggle with why God didn't intervene when he hates divorce, but I guess maybe God didn't think I should stay with him. So confusing and heartbreaking.

My husband has been having a parallel relationship, we been married 8 years. Hes been with the other woman 7 years. Found out last year. We've been trying for a child, they have a 7year old together because he believed a lie. I'm am hear today standing on Gods word that He has restored our marriage. It got so bad that some days he wouldn't sleep at home but God is doing His work. He now comes home every night and I will praise God till our final victory. It's not easy but the Holy Spirit is also doing a work in me, healing me, ministering to me as I pray and worship....I just felt I needed to share this with you. Hold on and trust God to bring him back and ask Him as you wait to minister to you... i have cried and questioned God but I'm hear today healed of depression and believing God for total restoration of our marriage and our baby...

can i be prayed for, i’ve been in a relationship for 2 and half years that started long distance, and we moved together thats lived together for a year or so, and she moved away from her family and it was her decision, and she moved back home yesterday and doesn’t want a relationship, she is dealing with her mental health, we was on good terms when she left, but i am so broken and confused.. if yall can just pray for me it would mean a lot, im trying everything i can to hold on to myself, she said she needs time alone, but it’s so hard for me because of how close we was for 2 and a half years i was with her / talked to her everyday and i love that girl to death, i just pray God brings us back to better our relationship and make us stronger.

Then after I sent her flowers there was one hole day and a half where she didn’t respond to me💀. Dude I get it. And she broke up me like the 23rd of august for a different reason. Apparently I wasn’t calling her and trying to talk to her even though she doesn’t text me first or call me at all when she was over here and through text I was encouraging her with her at her new school because she was scarred. And I asking how she was doing and telling her about my day. It was a lot bro this girl really sucked to talk to sometimes like conversations over text would hours with only like 6-7 messages sent I hated it. Regret is I shouldn’t have called called her but Also I had to talk to her dad and get on good terms because we got caught because she gave me a hicky on our first date! I never even met her dad you know how much guts and confidence it takes to do that. I was prepared for like 2 months waiting to talk to him. But dude ik I feel alone too I have friends or I guess acquaintances but I don’t feel connected to anyone really. Now I’m praying I get accepted into a college or university man it’s a lil stressful but I have faith that God will get me somewhere I need to be in my life. He is my provider. Dude just try and heal the best way you can and whatever’s is best for you. God bless!

Currently going through a 6 year break-up with my ex fiancé. It feels like he gave up when it got too hard. It feels like those 6 years meant nothing. Currently moving out, getting my own place & completely starting over. Some days are better than others. Some days I feel like I’m drowning. The craziest part about it is I almost feel scarred. Like I’m not sure how to be in a relationship again. Like I’m not sure if I could ever even live with my future husband or trust a man again. I never ever want to feel this pain again. I’m traumatized.

It's get better with time. I went trough a similar situation. Time heals you . Now I don't think about my ex partner. And now I'm feeling like God is slowly healing and getting ready for a new relationship. Just keep God first and keep your head up

Update: I’d be lying if I said I’m no longer suffering but yes it has gotten easier. However, I’ve started to realize my judgment in character is poor. I ended up trying to buy my confidence in someone else and it ended up being the worst mistake of my life. Self love is all the love you truly need. I used to look for love in all the wrong places and faces. Love used to be a physical thing and it took me awhile but I finally got it, love is not physical....love is so much more. Don’t waste your time on the physical. God will bring the right one to you when He thinks you’re ready. Love is a precious gift, don’t waste it.

You can not control what others do....only what you do.
You are responsible for you not what others do.....and they are responsible what they do...so don't take on another's guilt or wrong doing.
All you can do is forgive as God commands we do , so then you free yourself of that pain and hurt .
Yes it can be a hard process especially when you are hurting, but in time you can, and it is for yourself not them, cause it frees you and you shouldn't live with a hardened heart. That only hurts you...making you bitter and angry.
Of course we want to do every thing we can to reconcile but if they have made up their mind and you see that ... you need to accept that cause you can't make someone love you if they don't.....bottom line .
I speak from experience not my personal feelings or opinion.
Sometimes in this life, we have to pick up the pieces of our heart and move on in this life.
I will say, being in a close relationship with the Lord is everything .....for He is who gives us the strength and helps us through these difficulties in this life. And I'm so very thankful I have him in my life.

My husband left 14 mons ago, he is a bivocational preacher & wants a divorce but wants to stay friends. He says he doesnt love me anymore. I told him he would have to file for divorce bc God is not giving me peace to file, but he doesn't want to file & look like the bad guy standing in the pulpit. I love him so much, we have been married 20 yrs & he just suddenly walked out with no discussion at all. Ive gotten closer to God during this time alone but im 57 i don't want to continue to live alone. I want somebody to love me, i want my husband back but God doesn't seem to be intervening for some reason. For those that will, plz pray God brings him back home to me. Thank you!
God will work in the midst of these circumstances to bring His glory into the situation and to assure that we end up in precisely the ministry/calling He ordained for us. The enemy may give it his best shot, but He is not able to disqualify us because God is for us and He will work His glory into each situation! (Romans 8:28).

I have been struggling mentally with all of this and preparing myself to raise my child alone. The father doesn’t want to communicate. I’m not sure what he is struggling with or facing. I went through that 6 years ago and God has been sustained my girls and I... Trust God and you will never lack... Your going to be a great mom... I am raising 2 kids alone, working full-time, a business owner, working in ministry and working on my 2nd degree. Trust me focus on God and your healing you will come through it all.... Just know someone on the other side of the world in praying for you and the blessing you are carrying.

Currently going through a storm. There’s so much power in letting all of you go and offering your full self up to God and trusting in his word. I’ve been watching Steven furtick, Sarah jakes and Michael Todd sermons for the past 3 weeks and it’s been such a revelation in my heart. The pain of the heartbreak is still there, though knowing the God will sustain me through it gives me so much reassurance. Healing has to be uncomfortable, it will be painful but with it comes so much wisdom and hope. It’s a process. And it will come to pass 😭

Hope you are doing better, my fiancé did the same 2 months ago. Kept the ring and broke up over the phone after 9.5 years together. Realizing you are so much more than whoever your spouse is, is insanely important. I realize my happiness was tied through theirs and that cannot be the case. Love yourself and they will love you.

Sometimes these past weeks i feel like I'm losing hope because of the trials I've been through but God never stops reminding me of His loving kindness through HIS word and ways.. that's where i borrow confidence and strength to continue believing and keep going

My "Christian" husband walked out after 41 years, 3 daughters, and 9 grandchildren. He was a church elder and we helped plant a church many years ago. He found someone 17 years younger than me and they moved in together months later. Now they're married,, but not legally by state law because she's waiting on last husband's (passed away) pension. It would be hard to trust again. I struggle with why God didn't intervene when he hates divorce, but I guess maybe God didn't think I should stay with him. So confusing and heartbreaking.
I'm so very sorry sister that you going through this right now....know your not alone! Thank you for sharing this , as difficult as it is. I'm going through something similar. And the whole time of the last 4 half years thinking what am I missing? How can this be justified in the eyes of our Lord? My thoughts and feelings, for you is to continue to be you, do you and stay connected to to God our Father and Jesus or Lord and savior and holy spirit or guide and comforter. May you use what's happened to build you and strengthen you. My heartbis breaking for you and your family, remember you are not alone and others, hard to belive, are going through same things...For what the devil has proposed for evil and destruction, the Lord uses it for His glory and to build you stronger and mightier then you could ever imagine.

My husband has been having a parallel relationship, we been married 8 years. Hes been with the other woman 7 years. Found out last year. We've been trying for a child, they have a 7year old together because he believed a lie. I'm am hear today standing on Gods word that He has restored our marriage. It got so bad that some days he wouldn't sleep at home but God is doing His work. He now comes home every night and I will praise God till our final victory. It's not easy but the Holy Spirit is also doing a work in me, healing me, ministering to me as I pray and worship....I just felt I needed to share this with you. Hold on and trust God to bring him back and ask Him as you wait to minister to you... i have cried and questioned God but I'm hear today healed of depression and believing God for total restoration of our marriage and our baby...

Thank you Pastor. You reminded me just because my 2 brothers despise me for reasons unknown to me, I have a partner and his name is Jesus. Thank you. Today I needed to be reminded that I cannot make them love me, and God always loves me.

I cried towards the end. Every word. This has to be from God. I dont normally watch a video more than 10 mins usually but i prayed recently to obey and heed the Holy Spirit's promting, even paying attention to every little prompting thenon. Just click though this was 1 month old sermon. How timely. Only God knows. See how faithful God is, All the time! Thank You, Lord! You are everything You say You are👍👏🙏🙌❤

can i be prayed for, i’ve been in a relationship for 2 and half years that started long distance, and we moved together thats lived together for a year or so, and she moved away from her family and it was her decision, and she moved back home yesterday and doesn’t want a relationship, she is dealing with her mental health, we was on good terms when she left, but i am so broken and confused.. if yall can just pray for me it would mean a lot, im trying everything i can to hold on to myself, she said she needs time alone, but it’s so hard for me because of how close we was for 2 and a half years i was with her / talked to her everyday and i love that girl to death, i just pray God brings us back to better our relationship and make us stronger.

After 5 years of waiting for my husband to get home from prison 2 weeks before released started a fight and decided things are not going to work. Yesterday he got out and didn’t come home to me. My heart breaks but I know God is with me!! I know I will get through this with Gods strength.
