    Super chef !!! Your recipes appeal most because of your tips and tricks. Thanks for the same.
    You did mention that for retaining colour ' hot and cold ' method which is used for fried rice .
    I checked for your friend rice recipe in your channel , couldn't find it.
    Request you to post this veg fried rice very very soon along with your usual " lots and loads " of tips and tricks.

    Sir when I grind pudhina chutney it changes the colour n it becomes blackish. How to avoid this

      There is no right or wrong ^^. There are various ways to make palak paneer. For example, in our home, we don't use tomatoes in palak paneer. Nor garlic. He did. So it's up to the chef.

    Colour is good ,but your spoon voice disturbing the taste
